Work Task Compiling training plan of product knowledge in scope of management.
Coordinating in executing promotion, launching new products and sales support programs in the area assigned.
Evaluating sales report weekly, monthly and yearly.
Executing the approved strategy, plan, policy, SOP and distribution/channel system in the management area
Achieving the monthly, quarterly, yearly sales targets set by team. Monitoring, analyzing and evaluating the achieving target.

Job Qualification
Education LevelBacholor degree
Major inDegree major in Economic Management, Marketing, Technique or another education which related with Sales Operation.
ExperienceHave an experience at least 5 years in sales

Able to communicate effectively
Able to develop and direct marketing operational plan and sales strategy with spread all over promotion.
