Please come to the Organizers’ Office upon your arrival, to get your Welcome Kit CIRCULATION AND ACCESS:
• Circulation See instructions from Suntec on: www.suntecsingapore.com. Trucks and vans are not allowed to enter the exhibition halls.
• Access Access to the exhibition hall during move-in and move-out required an access pass. It is up to exhibitors to arrange for a security guard or other responsible person to watch the booth as long as equipment remains: this is the best way of guarding against theft.
• Parking Light or light commercial vehicles (< 2 m high) can park at the SUNTEC public car park. Please note that light vehicles will not have access to the loading bay. MOVE-OUT PERIOD: Booth dismantling will start at 3.00 p.m. on November 17th and last all night. Located next to the Central Business District, Suntec Singapore is at the heart of a self-contained, totally integrated events infrastructure, and only 20 minutes from Changi International Airport, where most major Asian capital cities are within a six-hour radius flying time.

Located on the booth B 18, the Organizer’s Office will be open from Monday November 14th at 9.00 am, up to the end of the move-out. Please, note these numbers:

EXHIBITORS’ BADGES During the booth move-in and move-out: A move-in / move-out badge is compulsory to access the hall. Please find them at the end of this document. During the exhibition: Exhibitors badges are compulsory. It offers a permanent entrance to the exhibition 30 minutes before and after the opening hours from November 15th to November 17th. For further information, regarding the badges, please come to the Organizer’s Office during the move-in or at the JEC Exhibitors’ welcoming desk at the entrance (Level 4) during the exhibition. Please inform us, during the move-in, if a service contractor should come on your booth during the exhibition (ex.: cleaning company, security guards, etc. other than official contractors). So, that we can prepare extra badges for him.

EQUIPMENT EXIT PERMITS From November 14th to November 17th anyone taking equipment out of the hall (excepted laptops) will have to get an exit permit from the Organizer’s Office of JEC ASIA 2016. This permit will only be provided for exceptional reasons. No exit permit will be given on November 17th during show hours.

DISMANTLING On Thursday November 17th from 3.00 pm and last all night.
CLEANING We remind you that the Organizer has planned for all booths, the day before the opening, the restoring of the booth to its original state including the removing of the plastic film protecting the carpet, emptying waste bins, wiping furniture, sweeping floors. For other cleaning intervention or removal of your waste, please contact the company ECO-CITY CLEANING SERVICES which will be present at the Organizer’s Office from the build-up until the end of the dismantling for your last minute requests. Reminder: At the end of the exhibition, your location must be returned to its original conditions. Wastes (optional fittings, carpet, stickers…) must be removed. Exhibitors are also liable for all their contractors.
SURVEILLANCE OF THE HALL The Organizer is taking care of the general surveillance of the exhibition but does not take in charge the surveillance of each booth. Exhibitors wishing a special care for their booth have to contact our supplier FERVOUR (Organizer’s office)
CLOAKROOM IMPORTANT: There is no cloakroom on the show. Please do not forget to drop off your luggage at the hotel before joining SUNTEC. Dress code: Business attire (please note that shorts and flip-flops are not allowed)
