3-Fellow Letter of Recommendation Addendum

Sponsor’s Name: Nominee’s Name: The Council of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the elected governing body with authority over the Fellows nomination and election process, has mandated that beginning with the 2017 nomination cycle, all AAAS Fellow nominee sponsors be required to answer the following questions. This includes primary, secondary and tertiary sponsors.

This form is required to be completed and signed by each sponsor and submitted with his or her letter of recommendation. The letter of recommendation will not be accepted without a signed and completed form. As with the other nominating material, all documents must be received by the deadline of April 26, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
