CHRISTMAS IN THE LAKE DISTRICT

Arrive to a warm welcome and the festivities will begin from the moment you walk through the door. A Festive Afternoon Tea will be served on arrival or

once you have had time to settle into your room.Our Christmas Eve Dinner experience will begin with

welcome drinks & canapé reception at 6pm in our Bar or Music Room where you will have the chance to preview the menu and enjoy a little pre-dinner drink. Guests will be

taken through to our Oaks Restaurant from 7pm where you will experience a 4-course gourmet meal.

After dinner, be entertained by our resident Pianist on our baby grand in the Music Room whilst enjoying

Mince Pies & Sherry by the fire. For those that want to go to Midnight Mass a list of local churches will be available.

Start the morning in style with a Bucks Fizz breakfast; choose from our wide selection of breakfast items

including continental and Full English options. Enjoy the rest of the morning at your own leisure – maybe take a stroll around the grounds or carry on opening presents!

Our 5 course Christmas Day Lunch is served at 1pm where you will have the option to select from a host of different menu options; no need to worry if you don’t

like Turkey, there is plenty to choose from. After lunch, feel free to make use of our board games in the Music Room

or simply relax with your favourite tipple whilst letting your Christmas Dinner go down!

Form a team and enter our quiz at 9pm that will be heldin the bar or Music Room depending on numbers.

BOXING DAYAfter breakfast, start your day with a Boxing Day Cruiseon Lake Windermere. The views of the surrounding snow

covered mountains truly are a fantastic sight!Return to the hotel early afternoon for a light lunch of

soup and sandwiches. Join us for the last time in our bar to enjoy welcome drinks and canapés, before heading to

Oaks Restaurant for your final meal For an additional charge, enjoy a selection of premium wines that have been paired by our local wine expert to

carefully match each of the courses. Enjoy the meal with other guests that you have met during your stay or,

if you prefer, with your own partner or party.After dinner let us entertain you in our music room

11am to 1pm:Windermere Lake Cruise (2x adult tickets provided per booking)

1pm to 3pm:Light Lunch

GENERAL TERMS:1. All prices, unless stated, are per person based on 2 people sharing a room. 2. Children aged 0–2 year no charge, 3-11 years £50 per night, 12-17 years £95 per night.

All based on sharing a room with 2 adults (certain rooms only, see ).3. Two Lake Cruise tickets are included with each room booking, additional tickets may be

purchased at reception for £12 each.4. A deposit of £300 per adult is required to make an initial booking. We strongly recommend that you take out a holiday insurance

policy to protect you just in case you need to cancel.5. A supplement of 25% applies for single occupancy rooms (Bijou rooms only). 6. To qualify for locals pricing you must live within a 3 mile radius of Broadoaks Country House. 7. Dogs will be charged at our standard rate of £25 per night Doggie Dinner Bed & Breakfast (DDBB).

*To remove an adult from one of the main rooms deduct £550 , to add a child on a sofa bed add £285, to add an additional adult on a sofa bed add £385. This package also includes 4 x adult lake cruise tickets. If adults are removed, so are the tickets.
