American Government: The 3 Branches of Government

American Government:The 3 Branches of GovernmentBy: Alyssa K. CorchisThis is for my Social Studies project for PBL.

The 3 Branches.

1.)Legislative- is made up of the Congress and government agencies, like Government Printing Office and the Library of Congress. The help and provide support services for Congress.

2.)Executive- is the branch that makes sure that the laws of the U.S. are followed. The head of this branch is the President.

3.)Judicial-is made up of the court system. The Supreme Court is the highest type of court.

Im Just a Bill!

Steps:1.) You have to go to the legislative branch, which will be the local congress man. That will take you to the rest of Congress and the President.2.) After you got your idea passed as a bill you with go through the legislative branch and then the executive branch. That will make sure that the bill which will turn into a law will be followed.3.) Judicial, I think, is the most difficult branch and process to go through. The Judicial branch goes along with the executive branch with how it is going to be followed and obeyed by the people. The Court system will make the law have rules inside of it.

(First, before becoming a bill, you have to take your idea to the local congress man. Which will write a bill. After it becomes a bill it is taken in front of the whole Congress. The hardest part is waiting for the Presidents vote. Even if all of the congress men/women say yes but the President says no, it has to go through the whole process again.)
