member of the sales team. Gary brings to

the Acxius team over 20 years of experi-

ence in implementing technology solu-

tions to meet the business needs of sev-

eral forward-thinking fortune 1000 com-

panies.

Roles held by Gary include Vice President

of Sourcing and Program Management for

Albertsons, Inc., EVP of National Practices

for Xceed, Inc., Senior VP for Impact Inno-

vations Group/CBSI, and Director of West-

ern Operations for Virtual Solutions.

In addition to his technology roles and

related expertise, Gary has experience in

cultural change management and has an

extensive background in developing and

executing strategies to provide high-

the globe. Gary Kahl has also worked

closely with a number of industry market

analysts to position these corporations as

thought leaders in their industries and to

enhance their financial performance.

In his most recent role, Gary served as a

partner with the software consultancy In-

telligent Solutions where he provided best-

in-class business performance manage-

ment, development, sourcing, and integra-

tion services to a variety of customers.

Projects managed under Gary’s purview

included, but were not limited to, strategic

acquisitions, automated sourcing compli-

ance, human capital performance manage-

ment, vendor negotiations, outsourcing

strategies, technology road mapping, and

enterprise program planning and develop-

ment.

Today Gary sits on the Board of Direc-

tors of Intelligent Solutions and also

serves on the Board of Nicklaw and As-

sociates. He holds a bachelors degree in

Business Administration from the Uni-

versity of Southern California and Pro-

ject Management certification from the

University of Washington. Additionally,

Gary has studied international business

management at Stanford University.

Property Tax Analyst and has worked as a Senior Acquisitions Spe-

cialist for the Connecticut Valley Land Company.

Doug is a highly-experienced, conscientious, solutions oriented

professional. He holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from

Syracuse University, and also continues to maintain his real es-

tate broker’s license.

Doug P. Feer resides in West Hartford, CT with his loving wife,

Wendy, and his daughter, Katie. Doug and Wendy also have a

son, Stefan, who is a sophomore at Knox College in Illinois, cur-

rently studying biochemistry. When schedules allow, the family

enjoys vacationing at their timeshares and going to outdoor mu-

sic festivals.

In April 2010, Doug P. Feer joined Acxius as a member of

the sales team. Doug comes to Acxius with over 15 years

of extensive sales, management, and customer service

experience, primarily in the real estate sector.

As a licensed real estate professional Doug Feer manages

his own agency, Treasure Realty. In this real estate role,

and via related projects, Doug has gained valuable, in-

depth experience in site selection, zoning, financial pro-

jections, construction, advertising, leasing, tenant/

landlord relations, and facility operations. This experi-

ence has included a wide array of opportunities, from

overseeing group housing rehabilitation projects across

Connecticut to personally remodeling residential units.

Prior to launching Treasure Realty, Doug served as the

full-time Hartford area Habitat for Humanity site supervi-

sor, managing a volunteer workforce while building af-
