2G Optimization Progress Report

The objective of this report is to track the progress of 2G rollout worst cell

During the previous weeks, many problematic and low-performance cells were monitored and investigate. The problematic cells were extracted on weekly basis, analysed and then the necessary actions were taken, which in turn improved the statistical performance , as can be seen below

As can be seen from the graph above the cell 8734A is suffer from high interefence

We can confirm the interference after checking the radio failure due to bad Quality from the MR measurement

A good improvement is shown in the graph below in the cell 8734A

CRO Change Change CRO=6 and PT=31 to give a low priority to overshooting sites

Case 01: We can see from the TA measurement that the cell 8724C suffer from overshooting ,this cell is located in urban area

as can be seen from the graph below there is a good improvement

Case 02: We can see from the TA measurement that the cell 10477C suffer from overshooting , is not an isolate site

as can be seen from the graph below there is a good improvement

Case 03: the cell 4495C suffer from congestion , is not an isolate site
