REF: LOSS OF VISIBILITY:
When you have a loss of visibility alarm, the problem may be emanating from the APG itself or from the IP connectivity (IT)Therefore before opening a TT will ITHELPDESK, please isolate our side 1st by trying the following steps:
Step 1: Try to connect to node A or BIn CHA do: NE=GST5,NODE=A/B for AP0 NE=GST5_1,NODE=A/B for AP1If this does not work, try step 2 below
Step 2: Try to telnet to the nodeYou can use node name: e.g. cm206092@jeaps02> telnet GSJ1 for AP0 cm206092@jeaps02> telnet GSJ1_1 for AP1
or you can telnet to the IP address of the node:e.g cm206092@jeaps02> telnet 172.30.199.204 ( for A node) cm206092@jeaps02>telnet 172.30.199.205 (for B node) cm206092@jeaps02>telnet 172.30.199.206(for cluster IP)
If this does not work as well, then open a TT with ITHELPDESK.
If you can telnet or connect to one of the nodes, then it may mean the other node or cluster is hanging.
Step 3: While connected to one node, restart the APG node

Usually this should be able to bring visibility back to the node.
