Co-Host Contract The Chamber’s Merry Mix & Mingle: A Taste of Watertown Event will be held November 9, 2017, from
5:00—7:00pm at the Watertown Event Center. The Merry Mix & Mingle: A Taste of Watertown, is an
opportunity for businesses to give samples or showcase their products and services. Provide a door prize or
activity at your booth to attract potential customers! Cash and carry items are welcome! Limited to the
first 75 businesses! A silent auction will be held during the event and will feature up to 75 wreathes
decorated by Chamber member businesses. Members may pick up a free wreath at the Chamber (limited
quantities available), or provide their own. Tickets for the Merry Mix & Mingle: A taste of Watertown, are
$10 and may be purchased at the Watertown Chamber (1 East Kemp Ave). Call ahead and reserve tickets
for your entire team today! Only 400 tickets are available! The Chamber will provide a grand prize of $1000
in Watertown Bucks OR a trip for TWO to Denver with a $300 voucher for expenses. Each person who
purchases a ticket is automatically entered to win, but must be present to win!
Co-Host Details:
▪ Co-host fees are $75 for Chamber member businesses, $150 for non-member businesses (Food &
beverage vendors please contact the Chamber for special arrangements).
▪ Co-host fee includes promotion of the event (email, newsletter, radio, etc), RSVP collection service,
hosts to greet guests, and a table with two chairs.
▪ Hosts must provide a table top display and staffing at the table for the entire event, and a fun
element to draw people to your booth.
▪ If this contract is cancelled within 15 days of the event, the $75/$150 co-host fee will not be
refunded.
▪ Co-host setup will take place on November 9 from 12:00—4:30pm.
▪ Wreaths must be completed and delivered to the Watertown Event Center on Thursday November 9
between 9:00AM and 12:00PM. Prior to the event, please submit a photo of your wreath to be shared
on the Watertown Chamber Facebook page to [email protected].
