ABOUT DECATUR, ILLINOISThe City of Decatur is located in Macon County in the centralregion of Illinois. Decatur is approximately 40 miles west ofChampaign-Urbana (University of Illinois), 40 Miles south ofBloomington (Illinois State University and State Farm), and 40 mileseast of Springfield (Illinois State Capitol).
