DESCRIPTION

The hearing was a setup. There had been a previous ex-parte phone conversation between Gammill and Judge Arzola (as per their comments when they entered chambers) It is customary for a new attorney to make changes or amend a complaint, but I made a stink over jurisdiction and contract terms. But in these courts no pro se wins till now....I do not know what is their strategy but now we are in limbo regarding a trial.
