Lets get started! You can do this, start
by visualizing your end results!
Qualifcations to join this challenge
You need to commit to the following:
28 days of commitment.
Participate everyday and keep track of your progress for 28 days.
It has been said that it takes about 28 days to change a habit. This means that
you need to commit to practicing the Face Yoga Method for four weeks by
focusing on the changes that you wish to make and see on your face.
Take photos under the same conditions (lighting, same camera, clothing etc.)
and be willing to share with people Before and After photos.
You need to see results. It is harder to see changes in the face compared to
the body. You need motivation and you need it be fun! Here is the schedule
for your photo sessions:
Take prole Before photos (left and right proles)
Take photos looking up and looking down
Take 1 week later prole photos (left and right proles)
Take 2 weeks later prole photos (left and right proles)
Take 3 weeks later prole photos (left and right proles)
Take After photos (left and right proles)
Take photos looking up and looking down

Drinking hot water not only makes you detox inside but may also help you to
lose weight.
For better resultsYou can do the assigned pose(s) more than it says in the program for better
results. For instance on Day 1, if you have more time and are eager to see
results, you can do The Swan Neck pose as often as you want throughout the
day.
If you feel any discomfort or pain, please listen to your body and practice the
poses carefully.

Congratulations!!!
I cannot believe this 28 day challenge is over! I know that it was not an
easy journey for some of you but you did it. Please treat yourself with
something nice, pamper yourself with something you love, or something
you have always wanted.
You deserve the best! I am so happy to share this challenge with you.
Remember, it is never too late to change your face. When you change
your face, you change your life. When you change the way you feel
about yourself, you change the way you look.
The beauty of a woman is not in a facial mode but the true beauty in a
woman is reected in her soul. It is the caring that she lovingly gives, the
