The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People® Signature Edition 4.0 will develop leadership effectiveness at three levels which are individual, team, and organizational.

Programme Leader
Norrizah Mohd Ismail
Senior Consultant and Facilitator
Norrizah or Nuri, recognized her passion for teaching early on and
became fully engaged with the Franklin Covey curriculum since 1996. She
has not looked back since.
As a Trainer
She is a highly sought-after facilitator for “The 7 Habits of Highly
Effective People® " program, delivering content with depth, passion and
high energy. In addition, Nuri is also a facilitator for “Leading at the
Speed of Trust” (LSOT), “The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity” and
FranklinCovey®’s latest leadership program for senior to mid-level
managers, “The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership”. Adding to her
repertoire is the long sought-after leadership program for first time
managers, “The 6 Critical Practices for Leading a Team”. Nuri is also
passionate about the highly acclaimed offering from VitalSmarts®,
“Crucial Conversations” and “Crucial Accountability”. She works with
individuals, teams and organizations to increase effectiveness and
achieve bottom-line results.
History
Nuri, held various positions in Systems and Marketing with the
technology giant, IBM. During her eleven-year tenure there, she was
entrusted with the stewardship of one of the “Top Tier” clients as an
Account Relationship Manager, where she earned the privilege to attend
numerous "100% Clubs”.
Nuri left in 1994 to pursue other challenges. For one, Nuri was
self-employed as a Recruitment Consultant, performing executive
placements from technical and sales professional positions to senior
management posts. Concurrently, she held a part time position as an I.T.
Course Leader for the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM).
Nuri lived in Bangkok for two years (1999 – 2000) and assisted the local
franchise there to facilitate the initial “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective
People® ” programs in English.
Accreditation
She holds a B.A (Mathematics) from California State University, Chico
(1979) and a M.Sc. (Statistics) from the University of Kentucky, Lexington
(1981).
