Subject:TRANSFER OF LEASE HOLD RIGHT AT MOCHIDHARA NATHIA GALI

Ref: letter No. GDA/AW(NA)/4058-9/Admn dated 19-11-2013.

Reference to the above mentioned letter, GDA has transferred 11.5 Marlas land in my name instead of about 14 Marlas on grounds that one Mr. Banarus Khan has the right of only 11.5 Marls. In this regard, I have submitted few lines that I have the right of 14 Marlas instead of 11.5 Marlas.a) The BOA regularized all the occupied land by 13 cabin holders in meeting held on 20-09-2011, followed by Provincial Govt. letter No. SOII/LG/1-30/09 dated 02-05-2012 in response to GDA letter No. GDA/AW(NA)/10130-32/Admn dated 09-02-2012.b) The undersigned already deposited Rs. 18,93,664/- as per demand note issued by your good office vide No. GDA/Cabins(NA)5248/Admn dated October 2013 and GDA/Cabins(NA)/172-75 dated 09-01-2013 for a land measured by GDA officer in my presence on the direction of authority i.e. 3827 sft with 02 number of shelters will covered area of 72.00 sft which comes 14.05 Marlas.c) One Mr. Banarus sold out 14.05 as per agreement deed out of 28.38 Marlas to the undersigned which was regularized by all the relevant authorities as stated above.d) As the undersigned in a Bonafide purchaser of 14.05 Marlas and already deposited all the dues as per demand note issued by GDA, hence the land occupied is stand regularized i.e. 14.5 Marlas not 11.5 Marlas.

It is requested that the remaining land measuring 2.5 Marlas may be allotted in the name of applicant.
