Dear Participants and Colleagues,
It is indeed my pleasure to inform you that we are organizing INSCR conference 2017 at University
of Delhi, Delhi-110007, from 26th to 28th September, 2017. This conference is being organized under
the aegis of Indian Network for Soil Contamination Research (INSCR) at the Department of
Zoology, University of Delhi. In the capacity of Organizing Secretary, I am delighted to invite you to
this conference on Role of Microbe-Plant-Animal Interactions in Human Health and I am sure that
your participation will make it a grand success.
In the wake of increasing environmental contamination in Indian subcontinent, INSCR was
established in 1999 as a society with the aim of promoting research partnership & exchange of
scientific knowledge in the area of environmental pollution and contamination abatement. This
network brought together several key researchers working on different aspects of contamination in
soil environment in India.
It is a proud moment for us that both INSCR and University of Delhi are coming together to organize
this forthcoming event. Needless to say that it is an attempt to provide a platform for scientists,
academicians and students associated with research on Microbe- Plant-Animal interaction working in
both India and abroad to discuss the challenges and showcase the role of these interactions and its
applications. The conference will focus primarily on the following major issues:
1.Microbe-Microbe Interactions
2.Microbe-Plant Interactions
3.Microbe-Animal Interactions
The conference will also provide a platform to the leading scientists from India and abroad to forge
ties with research partners from organizations involved in research in areas The delegates will also
deliberate on exploring the possible avenues to foster technology transfer to the industry.
