Issues raised• a. You, as the proposed General Chair, should submit a

budget that is approved by the IEEE Sensor Council (contact persons: VP of Finance and the VP of Conferences).

• b. The different chairs should consist of a balanced international mix, not just people from Ireland. To be discussed between GC and VP of Conferences.

• c. The national and governmental commitments that were mentioned by you in the bid should be made more clear: what is the expected financial commitment.

• d. Proposed conference dates needs to be approved by the IEEE (contact person VP of Conferences).

• e. Conference-space layout plan approved by the University of Limerick.
