Canada also had the highest mobile broadband adoption rate in the Americas at 63% above 4 Mbps, while Bolivia had the lowest at 0.0% above 4 Mbps.

Japan also led the highest broadband adoption rate in the Asia Paci�c region at 61% above 4 Mbps, while Kazakhstan had the lowest at 1.7% above 4 Mbps.

With a 17% quarter-over-quarter increase in average connection speed to 14.9, Switzerland pushed ahead of Japan, reaching the third spot globally. South Africa had the lowest average at 3.0. Israel and Romania became the �rst two surveyed EMEA countries with average peak connection speeds above 60 Mbps in the second quarter, while South Africa had the lowest peak connection speed at 13.2 Mbps.
