In order to optimally support our customers’ maintenance, service and production activities,
we offer a scalable service portfolio: CDS® – Complete Drive Service. Our services have
been thoughtfully designed together with our customers, in order to optimally meet all gear,
gear-motor, motor and drive electronic service needs. From preventative maintenance, fault
management and 24h service hotline, through to express assembly, transportation logistics,
SEW-EURODRIVE gives you the confidence you need for your drive system!
CDS® – Complete Drive Service
24h Service Hotline 1-888-SEW-3876: Our service specialists are there for you offering our cus-tomers extended service hours and availability. Whether
you require spare parts, a replacement unit, an urgent repair, or have a technical question relating to drive engineering and automation, qualified staff will be ready to assist you.
Express Assembly Service: Standstills are often associated with significant losses and they can disturb the supply chain. Regardless of
whether you require motors, gear-motors or even electronic products in a hurry, we’ll make sure no time is lost in getting your production up and running with our extended service hours.
Repair Service: SEW-EURODRIVE provides an optimal repair and overhaul in-house service, for electro-mechanic and electronic
drive products. During a repair, both defective and affected com-ponents are replaced and on request, our specialists will prepare a service protocol and report.
Pick-up and Delivery Service: You can save time by letting us take care of the logistics for your drive technology. Not only will SEW-EURODRIVE
disassemble and/or reassemble your drive technology, we’ll also assign the appropriate logistics company, organise the transport documentation and ensure the goods are securely packed.
Application Programming:Customized software is often the key in achieving flexibili-ty for complex applications. Intelligent software program-
ming by SEW-EURODRIVE allow all drives to be adapted optimally to suit the task at hand.
Training Service: “Training” is taken seriously at SEW-EURODRIVE. In this respect, customers and employees are treated with equal
importance. We provide both ready-made and customised training packages to meet your individual needs, and you may decide where the training takes place.
Start-up: Qualified engineers will support you and make sure that your start-up runs smoothly. You can decide to what
extent you require support: from the dimensioning, installation, electronic configuration, through to test-run, optimisations and on-site training.
Retrofit Service: In addition to providing you with advice, we will also sup-port you with project planning and the modernisation of
your existing drive technology. With modern drive technology, you’re able to save energy and maintenance costs and at the same time, increase the productivity of your systems.
Installation advice service: Whether you want to familiarize yourself with our products or you need help choosing the right products, or even if
you need help with the project planning, reliable installation and start-up, our experts will give you the support you need.

Inspection and Maintenance Service: Failures can be reduced and even prevented with the right inspection and maintenance strategy. We’ll help you to
design the ideal strategy and our specialists will carry out inspection and maintenance activities for your drives, both in-house and on-site.
Spare Parts Service: We make the choosing and ordering of spare parts and spare part kits as convenient as possible. Together with
your order you will receive respective documentation, and because we know that the spare parts service is typically urgent, we make sure that 95 % of all orders are dispatched on the same day as they were placed.
