AIMS & OBJECTIVES SEMINAR 2019 VISHAKHAPATNAM - HIGHER EDUCATION TODAY

Dear Sir(s) / Ma’am(s), It gives me immense Pleasure to share with you that we, at Tejasvi Astitva Foundation – [a Non-Governmental Organization], Delhi are committed to protect & preserve the Art, Culture, cuisine, Ethics, Moral values of this lovely country Bharat besides protecting each & every rights of each & every citizen from all angles but strictly within the framework of the Constitution of India. Education is the Back bone of any Nation. Education, because of it’s great contribution in the Development of the Nation must be given topmost priority & position in the country. We talk of Value-based Education, but value of education today in this country is well within the knowledge of every individual. Ground Reality of education today is contrary to what was expected by our Freedom Fighters who sacrificed their lives for a better India. GROUND REALITY: In Education Sector, the situation is creeping from bad to worse at a very fast pace. Even the toppers and Gold Medalists are wandering from pillar to post in search of job after completing their studies. Highly qualified persons are found engaged in low profile job that degrades their mental status and dignity. This kind of situation is disturbing and challenging, not only to people of this country, but also a proven barrier in the True Development of this Nation. Quality Policy: The quality of education imparted in schools and colleges are, maybe not of good standard due to which most highly educated candidates are rejected in Competitive exams and entrance exams for higher studies. Why only counted people get employment? Is it the quality of education, which has no scope for employment or is it the shortage of employment opportunity due to no scope of work? If there’s no Job opportunity after education, then what next after education? This fact needs to be analyzed in depth to ascertain the root cause in order to bring an end to illiteracy & unemployment from this country. Education & employment needs to be properly balanced from all corners to achieve total satisfaction for all citizens. The fact that a society formed by people with poor quality and illiteracy would always be crippled and handicapped in all aspects, can never be denied and ignored. The Big Question: Why can’t Good, Quality & Productive Education be provided to each one everyone everywhere in this country? Why can’t jobs & employment be not provided to at least all educated people in this country? Why can’t total satisfaction be provided to each one everyone everywhere with employment after education? Answerable Who? People belonging to the so-called Lower Strata of the society – a Huge Segment forming the Re-served Category in this country – are actually being deprived of not only basic amenities & facilities but have been left far behind in education and are forced to lead not only a backward life but actually a pathetic life. I fail to understand as to why, not only the Politicians, but also the people belonging to the Lower strata feel so impressed, contented, pleased, delighted and obliged in the name of Reservation, which is in my opinion, only an eyewash.
