• The documents of EOI for Annexure-1 & Annexure-2 can be obtained on any working day upon paymentof Rs.10000 (Ten thousand only) non refundable in shape of Demand Draft in favour of ExecutiveEngineer, Drinking Water & Sanitation Division, Ranchi West, Ranchi payable at Ranchi on any workingday from the undersigned office or it may also be downloaded from website daa.jharkhand.gov.in &www.jharkhand.gov.in in which case, the fee in the form of Demand Draft should be enclosed with theoffer document at the time of submission.

• The Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOI without assigning any reason.

• It is intended to prepare PFR/DPR in 10 calendar months for whole of this district in all respect till itsapproval.
