• 23 JAN (0930-1630)– 1st Plt (0930-1300)

– 2nd Plt (1300-1630)

• 24 JAN (0930-1630)– 2nd Plt (overflow, if

needed) (0930-1200)

– 3rd Plt (1200-1530)

• HQ (1530-1630)

• Each platoon’s FO and FORTO will conduct their platoon’s training. SGT Aikey, LT Ip will supervise.

• Each session will consist of prior instruction / refresher on how to call for fire.

• A quick tutorial will be given on how to observe in GuardFIST

• Soldier will be responsible for calling for fire using any format (shift, grid, polar)

• Recon to be conducted 16 Jan

25 Jan CFF EIB Train Up

• Each Plt FO will run lane for his Platoon

• Soldier will have 60 seconds to formulate CFF

• Will be conducted to EIB standards
