The CDBG grant providedfunding to assist in construct-ing a Green Infrastructure Bio-Detention Pond at the site tocapture the site stormwater be-fore it is discharged into thecounty drain and construct anew pump station to replacethe existing station and newemergency generator for powerin the event of power failure.The CDBG funds were usedwith local funds. The CDBGproject benefitted at least 51%low to moderate income per-sons; zero persons were dis-placed as a result of theproject.
