  • Create the handover control parameter set.

  • Modify BTS Identification Parameters.-Here we Set the BTS hopping mode parameter to RF hopping in the BCCH BTS.

  • Modify Mobile Allocation Frequecy List Usage Parameters.

  • Disable GPRS in the cell(s) .

  • Create LAPD links ZDSE::BCSU,:,:,,;

  • Create a transceiver.

  • Activate the new link.

  • Unlock the BCCH TRX

  • Define the SDCCH channel to a TRX of the BTS using the GSM 900 frequency band
