2.1 Register CTOS Identity (CID) 1. Go to the website: http://ctosid.ctos.com.my 2. Click on Register CID under the main menu on left [Image 2.1a] 3. Click Next after read thru the advantages of registering the CID [Image

for CTOS User ID [Image 2.1c] 5. Click I agree if you agree with The Terms & Conditions: CTOS IDENTITY

Disclosure of Credit Information [Image 2.1e] 7. Select the Nationality, Malaysian or Non-Malaysian [Image 2.1f] 8. Key in the information required as per the details in MyKad [Image 2.1g] 9. Create a password and re-enter the password for confirmation [Image

2.1h] ** Password must be at least 6 alphanumeric characters. 10. Select a Security Question from the list [Image 2.1i] or you may create

your own security question by click on Create Your Own Security Question [Image 2.1j]

11. Key in the Security Answer [Image 2.1k] 12. Click Next to continue the registration 13. Tick the box if the corresponding address is the same as myKad address,

else key in the address accordingly [Image 2.1l] 14. Key in Email, House Number and Mobile Number [Image 2.1m]

** Mobile Number is mandatory. 15. Click Next to continue the registration 16. Key in the Employment Details [Image 2.1n] 17. Click Confirm Registration Details to proceed 18. Check thru the details, click Amend Details to amend the information or

click Request TAC to proceed for TAC verification [Image 2.1o] 19. A TAC No will be sent to you via SMS at the mobile number registered.

Retrieve the TAC No and key in to the Confirmation of Registration. ** Make sure the TAC Serial No are match. If you do not receive the SMS in 1 minute, pls proceed to request for a new TAC. [Image p & q]

20. Click Save Registration to complete the registration. [Image 2.1r] 21. Print the Registration Form and send the form with the photocopy of

your MyKad (Both Sides) to CTOS for verification [Image 2.1s] [Refer to the Appendix 1 for the sample of Registration Form]
