Aifreann Gaeilge: Announcing the return of Aifreann í nGaeilge agus Bearla/Bi-lingual Mass beginning on Sunday 4th February at 12.00 noon and on the first Sunday each month at 12.00pm. A Note of Thanks Thank you to all the people of the Parish for your help and support. Parcular thanks are due to all who take an acve part in the liturgy and to our sacristans in St Michaels Church and in St Marys Church and all who helped prepare the churches for Christmas. Thanks to those who contribute to the devoonal life of the Parish. Thanks to the teams in the Parish Office, the Parish Shop, the Parish Census, the Reading Stands, the Community Centre, to those involved in marriage paperwork, and to those who distribute the Parish Messenger. We are grateful to all who support the Parish Draw, especially the promoters and the draw organisers and secretaries. Thanks to Sr Rosa for her work in the local hospital. We thank the Sisters of Mercy for their work, past and present, and we remember the Presentaon Brothers also. Thanks to the members of the Parish Pastoral Council, and to the members of all parish ministry groups. We offer special thanks to all connected with Child Safeguarding in the parish. Thanks to Governors, Principals, Teachers and Staff in all our parish schools. We thank our marriage counsellors and pre-marriage course presenters with Accord; we thank the St Vincent de Paul, Trócaire, Mary Meals and those who help with Scouts, senior cizens, the sick and special needs. We thank those who work in various different ways to build a parish where each person is respected and treasured. Sincere thanks to all those who contribute so faithfully to the upkeep of the Parish and to the priests, and to those who give the Parish the benefit of their Giſt Aid.
