2030 ORTP QUESTIONNAIRE: ATTITUDES TOWARD TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS As you are aware, OMPO is currently updating the Oahu Regional Transportation Plan (ORTP) to 2030. To assist us in understanding attitudes about various transportation projects that are being considered for incorporation into the 2030 ORTP, OMPO is asking CAC representatives to complete the attached questionnaire. This is strictly voluntary. Please take some time to complete this questionnaire and submit it to OMPO at the January 18, 2006 CAC meeting or return it to OMPO directly via fax or mail. Due to the nature of some of the questions, it may be difficult for an organization as a whole to respond to them; as such, OMPO is requesting that responses reflect the personal viewpoints of each CAC organization's representative. You may also leave these questions unanswered if you do not wish to give your personal viewpoints. If you will not be attending the CAC meeting, please fax, mail, or hand-deliver your completed questionnaire (along with this cover sheet) by January 20, 2006 to: OMPO Ocean View Center 707 Richards Street, Suite 200 Honolulu, Hawaii 96813-4623 Fax: (808) 587-2018 If you have any questions regarding this questionnaire, you may contact Shevaun Low at 587-2015.
