2021 Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance Coronavirus Safety Protocols In line with current WHO (World Health Organization), CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), FDOH (Florida Department of Health) and Nassau County recommendations and Resolutions. Reevaluation and modification to occur as best practices and governmental mandates evolve. Indoor lunch seating in larger ballroom to accommodate spacing Volunteer meetings and check-in to be held online or with limited numbers outdoors. Volunteer lunches served outdoors. Distancing and masks required Reduction of seating capacity in premium seating areas for spacing One-way foot traffic in high volume areas Plexiglass barriers at guest interaction points such as at registration, ticketing, information and retail Retail store moved outdoors or merchandise pre- order available online Media Center moved outdoors Indoor and outdoor restrooms will be sanitized by attendants Signage reminders to distance and sanitize Silent Auction items will be available online Frequent surface cleaning and waste removal Those not feeling well are encouraged to stay home Masks that fully cover the nose and mouth are to be worn at all inside and outside venues by staff , volunteers, guests, entrants, sponsors, vendors, media, children ages 2 and up and judges (everyone) Social distancing reminders placed in high traffic areas Temperature checks at entry to the show field. Guests with temperatures of 100.4F and all members of their party will be denied entry Sanitation stations at indoor and outdoor venues Shuttle services will require masks and seat spacing will be in place Room and dinner capacities will be the lesser of Marriott or governmental requirement Seminars to be held outdoors in front of the awards tent Vendor areas to have spacing reminders on the floor for guests More space between show vehicles Concours & More and Club Amelia lunches professionally served (guests will not handle serving utensils) Entrant lunch baskets provided on the show field to avoid crowded lunch area and buffet Updated 1/5/2021 JG
