83rd ANNUAL WILLIAMS LAKE BULL SALE - ONLINE ONLY FRIDAY, APRIL 17th, 2020

The 83rd Annual Williams Lake Bull Sale was a little different this year, being online only, but it continues to be a huge success with top quality bulls! In the Hereford Division, our top seller came from Richardson Ranch, and was chosen by Hur Ranch for 8,250.00. The sec-ond high seller was sold by Little Fort Herefords for 7,500.00 to Coal Creek Ranch. Moving on to the Charolais division, we saw both the high and 2nd high sellers come from TK Cattle Co. and both sold to Guichon Creek Ranch, Dave & Debbie Brace for 4,250.00 and 3,750.00. In the Gelbvieh group both top sellers were from Barry & Robin Mader. The high seller went to Charles Aebischer for 5,000.00 and the 2nd high seller was chosen by K & D and T & D Ilnicki for 4,000.00. There was a tie for the high selling Angus bulls, one was owned by Robert & Linda Macham and went to McNeil Livestock Ltd for 4,750.00. The 2nd bull belonged to Matt’s Red Angus and went to John Cameron, also for 4,750.00. Thank you to all our Contributors and buyers for making this incredible and successful sale work!

OK FALLS REGULAR SALE, MONDAY, APRIL 20th, 2020

The sun was shining, the grass was growing green and the cattle sale was rolling at the OK Falls sale today! Brent Mtn Angus put the power to our bull trade with 2120 lb butcher bulls selling at 90.00. Fossen Air Ltd. was in with young feeder cows, right at 1000 lb, that traded to 95.00. Pat Lawrence had 1370 lb butcher cows top 70.00 and Kathryn Kelly brought in 1490 lb butcher cows that saw 73.00. Larry Koller put the top on our butcher cow trade with 1235 lb cows that marked 80.00. The Dumont Ranch had heavy, 1610 lb cows notch 76.00. Feeder cattle sold very strong today. Carol Allison, from Cawston, had 515 lb Red & Blk Angus h/c sell to 210.00. Casey Dennis had 610 lb Red Baldie strs bring 202.00. Fossen Air Ltd. was in with a liner load of strs & hfrs. Their pen of 625 lb, Blk Angus s/c raced to 216.00. The bigger boys, 683 lb, notched 208.00 and their heavy, 835 lb Blk Angus strs set the price level at 169.00. MARKET REPORT FOR APRIL 22nd, 2020 Total receipts, 4,954 hd for Kamloops, OK Falls, Video and Direct Sales

market trend setters at 229.00 and the big sisters, 674 lb, powered to 200.00. Their 708 lb Blk Angus hfrs rolled up to 177.50. The T6 Ranch had 783 lb Blk Angus hfrs mark 179.00. The Monroe Ranch, from Summerland, had heavy 860 lb Angus x strs race to 174.00. The big brothers, right at 900 lb, set the market at 169.00 and their 873 lb replacement quality breeding hfrs set the pace at 153.00. Frank Van Oyen’s 400 lb s/c sold to 240.00. Greg & Jennifer McDonald’s 678 lb Angus hfrs sold to 175.00 and their 781 lb hfrs grabbed 157.00. Henry Tebrinke, had 530 lb Hereford strs that rolled to 207.00, and his 631 lb Hereford hfrs set the bar at 182.50. KAMLOOPS REGULAR SALE, TUESDAY, APRIL 21st, 2020

We had huge volume in Kamloops today between our In-House Video and our Regular Sale, with very close to 900 hd. There was incredible interest in our feeder cattle and quali-ty was 1st class. The Salle Ranch were market leaders with their 716 lb Red Angus Sim x strs that traded to 187.00 while their 14 hd of 806 lb strs notched 173.00. Lorraine Boss-hardt had 985 lb Blk Angus replacement hfrs trade to 145.00. Phil & Shirley Johnston set an incredible pace with 800 lb Red Baldie strs that hit 174.00. Their Hereford strs, again, right at 800 lb, hit 169.50 and their 700 lb hfrs showed 165.00. Russell & Barb Abel set a trend with 807 lb Blk Angus x s/c that topped 170.00. Their 660 lb strs notched 200.00. 10 hd of their fancy replacement hfrs, 714 lb, that rolled to 160.00 and their 580 lb Blk Angus hfrs hit 192.00. The In-House Video Sale for Gordon & Dianna Puhallo was rolling at 11:00. They showcased 140 hfrs, 850 lb called weight, and some of the best cat-tle in the industry. They saw their sale top the week at 143.50. The Douglas Lake Cattle Co. saw their reputation Char x grasser strs, 689 lb, bring 200.50 and their 770 lb Char x hfrs sold to 170.00. Randy & Wendy Prebushewski’s 584 lb Blk hfrs sold to 187.00 and their 700 lb hfrs brought 166.00. James Huwer had 575 lb s/c top 225.00 and his 665 lb hfrs hit 176.00. Tafika Angus, Wayne and Jill Hughes & Family, presented 30 incredible replacement quality Blk Angus hfrs, weighing right at 1000 lb, that sold to a top of 151.00. The Squaw Valley Ranch put a spectacular product in front of us with their Angus / Red Simm x s/c, 659 lb, that grabbed 205.00. A pen of their 510 lb s/c marched to 236.00 and their pen of 679 lb hfrs notched 182.50. A fancy pen of their 546 lb Red Angus / Red Simm x h/c raced up to 191.00. Doug & Lois Miller saw their 783 lb Red Baldie replacement quality hfrs trade to 158.00. Fred Bowers had 800 lb Hereford replacement hfrs that hit 157.50. Scott & Sherry McLeod set a pace with grass cattle. Their 586 lb strs brought 239.00 and their 760 lb strs saw 183.00. Their pen of 628 lb Red Blaze Face hfrs raced to 178.00. Brian & Sidsel Gunderson were in with an excellent pen of 700 lb hfrs that topped 171.00. Rex & Trish Duncan topped our butcher bull trade with 1875 lb bulls at 92.00. Siravo Holdings had 1470 lb young feeder hfrs trade to 130.00. Roger & Sue Tay-lor from Prince George had 1440 lb butcher cows sell to 75.50. A huge thank you to every-one for a very exciting sale of quality cattle while following our Covid-19 protocols. Next week we have 300 hd listed already.
