The Australian Hand Therapy Association Inc. (AHTA) is Australia’s only professional association representing

practitioners of hand therapy. It provides support for its members through continuing education, professional

development, networking and representation at state and national levels. It also acts as a central referral point

for doctors and members of the public seeking the services of Hand Therapists in specific geographic locations.

Practitioners of Hand Therapy are Registered Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists who, through fur-

ther education, clinical experience and independent study have become proficient in the treatment of upper

limb conditions resulting from injury, disease or deformity.

Hand Therapy is the art and science of rehabilitation of the upper limb - shoulder to hand. It involves evaluation

and testing to assess the injured limb from which a specific treatment program can be designed. A variety of

specialised treatment techniques are used to achieve these goals.

Supply of Artwork • All artwork is to be provided as high quality print

ready files in either JPEG , PNG or PDF format • Artwork can be emailed directly to communica-

[email protected] • Once artwork is supplied, the AHTA does not

take responsibility for poor resolution of graphics or font. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure the artwork meets the specifications.

• Advertisers are responsible for ensuring artwork complies with Federal, State and Territory laws.

• The AHTA is unable to offer a design service for advertisers unable to provide an ad with the correct specifications.

Terms and Conditions • Acceptance of advertisements does not imply

endorsement from the AHTA for the product or service being advertised.

• The AHTA reserves the right to refuse advertis-ing that is not within the theme of the news-letter style or content acceptable by the AHTA.

• For the multi-edition discount to apply, the ad-vertisement must remain unchanged from one edition to the next. If changes are made from one edition to the next, then the single entry rate will apply for each placement.

• The AHTA requires FULL PAYMENT of advertis-ing rates prior to the final deadline for artwork.

• Overdue invoices will incur a 10% administration fee.
