2020 FUNDRAISING OPTIONS Use this quick guide with our programs available to help you and your chapter make the best decision on raising funds this school year. Please read over the choices below and discuss these with your teaching partners or students. We encourage you to walk through these options with a Seitz Sales Representative or call our office @ 888.390.4332. We are here to help you make the best decisions! 2020 FUNDRAISING OPTIONS Use this quick guide with our programs available to help you and your chapter make the best decision on raising funds this school year. Please read over the choices below and discuss these with your teaching partners or students. FUNDRAISING OPTIONS

TRADITIONAL FUNDRAISER—BEST CHOICE

• Start fundraising as normal (choose programs to sell)

• Choose to use online ordering system

• Profit set by school (except D2D)

• Tools to use in selling products: brochures, chapter website, APP, links, D2D Marketplace (expand your reach outside your community)

• Develop email/text to be sent out to customers

• Chapter collects money (Seitz Collects CC/Debit)

• Tier Pricing and discount available

• Orders turned in online, called or other methods by due dates

• Seitz sets up delivery date with chapter

• Receive delivery at school or other location with Seitz Trucks

• Pallets on trucks will have the chapter’s orders

• Students pick up orders and distribute product to community

• School is invoiced

The above option is the best way to raise funds. Please take a look at the questions below to help guide this year.

DIGITAL / TRADITIONAL OPTION - SECOND BEST

• Start fundraising as normal- all digital (choose programs to sell)

• Must use online ordering system

• Sell products using digital tools chapter website, APP, links, D2D Marketplace (All Digital—No Brochures)

• Profit set by school (except D2D)

• Tier Pricing and discount for orders

• Teacher directs students through text and emails campaigns

• Student sends out links to family, friends and supporters

• Customers buy using the App, Chapter Website

• Out of town customers use D2D Marketplace to purchase

• Seitz collects money (Seitz Collects CC/Debit)

• Orders must be complete by due date

• Seitz will set up delivery date and time with chapter

• Delivery at school or other location with Seitz Trucks

• Order will be delivered to school on designated pallets

• Chapter will use online ordering system to print list of customers and items purchased to distribute out.

• Chapter separates orders for customer pickup

• Customers pick up product from chapter at designated location

• Seitz will send chapter a check 45 days after deliver (once all credits cards clear)

The above option is the second-best way to raise funds. Please take a look at the questions below to help guide this year.

HYBRID #1 FUNDRAISER—THIRD CHOICE (NO FRUIT)

(Combo optional to help when chapter can fundraise but can’t take delivery at school or other locations)

• Chapter will need to choose this option before beginning (choose programs to sell)

• School must use our Online Ordering System

• Sell products using brochures, chapter website, APP, links etc.\

• Use D2D Marketplace for out of town family and friends to purchase products

• Brochure orders will need to be transferred to our online system

• Pricing will be higher than our Standard Price list to reflect cost of shipping to students directly- ($4 - $5 will be added to standard price list)

• Profit Set by Chapter

• Chapter does not qualify for Tier pricing or Discount pricing

• Chapter collects money and Seitz collects credit/debit card

• Chapter is invoiced for the difference

• Minimum order per student 5 items to ship to their home (orders under 5 items will need to be combined or shipped directly to the school.

• Chapter will need to provide Seitz with Student names, addresses and phone numbers for direct shipping.

• Advisor will finalize order and submit online to Seitz

• Ship orders direct to students to distribute to their customers at (Seitz Discretion)

The above option is the best to raise funds when challenges occur. Please take a look at the questions below to help guide this year.

HYBRID #2— (NO FRUIT)

This option is used to help a School that was using a Traditional fundraiser when a shutdown occurred before delivery of products or a reschedule of delivery cannot occur (this is only used if school is closed and verified)

• Orders are still due by deadline date

• All Orders must be converted to online ordering system before submitting

• Minimum order per student (5) items sold to qualify for shipping to their home (orders under (5) items will need to be combined or shipped directly to the school.

• Chapter will need to provide Seitz with Student names, addresses and phone numbers for direct shipping.

• Chapter will be charged $2.50 per item to cover shipping

• School is invoiced the extra $2.50 per item plus original cost

• Seitz will Ship orders direct to students to distribute to their customers at (Seitz Discretion)

CONTACTLESS FUNDRAISER— (NO FRUIT)

(Last Option---School can’t have a physical/contact fundraiser, or the district is distant learning)- Gives a school a chance to still raise money

• Chapter will need to choose this option to start

• Limited time frame to sell (set by Seitz and School)

• Sell products using app, chapter website using links sent out to family and friends

• Develop email/text to be sent out to customers

• Use links and social media to conduct sale

• Seitz sets pricing

• Higher prices reflect shipping/ cc charges /Handling

• Profit set by Seitz- Chapter receives $3.00 profit per item

• All purchases will be handled by Seitz through Credit/Debit cards

• Seitz ships direct to end customer (Seitz Discretion)

• Seitz Pays school after 45 days (once credit cards clear)

IN-CLASS/CONCESSION —SELLING PRODUCTS IN THE CLASSROOM/CONCESSION AREAS

• Chapter can choose this option with any of the others listed above.

• No time frame is set for selling

• Sell products in class or concessions areas

• Profit of 40% + on all products

• Order year round

• Ships UPS to school

• Chapter will be invoiced when product has shipped

• Chapter pays for product within 30 days of invoice

• Chapter can pay with Debit/Credit cards
