202 MICROCLONE The 500-gpm (1,893- lpm) 202 MICROCLONE includes twenty (20) 2.0" (50.8 mm) diameter polyurethane hydroclones. The two-piece hydroclone design provides easy replacement of the urethane wear resistant feed and apex sections. The apex sections are ceramic lined to offer further wear resistance. The desilter is furnished complete with a 6.0" (152.4 mm) diameter feed and discharge manifold, Victaulic Couplings and a 0-100 psi (4.1 bar) pressure gauge. The DESILTER also includes a solids discharge trough with a 6.0" (152.4 mm) diameter solids discharge nipple. The DESILTER is mounted on a heavy duty skid with all applicable surfaces grit blasted to white metal, primed with a zinc-rich epoxy primer, painted with an intermediate coat of high solids, high build epoxy and finished with a top coat of aliphatic polyurethane.
