The Master Gardeners in cooperation with Bellevue Parks & Community Services manage the Lake Hills Greenbelt Urban Demonstration Garden. Along with being a complete Master Gardener clinic, the garden also demonstrates ornamentals, vegetables, fruits, and various techniques for plant support, terracing, trellises, and composting. Master Gardeners offer free consultation, workshops, and special events at the Urban Demonstration Garden. Workshops are free but donations are always appreciated.
Master Gardeners are trained by Washington State University Extension to provide research-based horticulture information to residents of Washington State. (Extension programs and employment are available to all without discrimination. Evidence of noncompliance may be reported through your local Extension office.)
Visiting the Demonstration GardenThe Urban Demonstration Garden is a complete hands-on, how-to garden to help you learn. Demonstrations include:

Special EventsSat 5/4, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Tomato, Vegetable and Ornamental Plant SaleShop for excellent selections of tomato and pepper varieties, veggie & herb starts, ornamentals, gift planters, and more to help you get a jump start on your garden.
