Fall/Holiday 2019 TERMS OF SALE PAYMENT TERMS

PAYMENT: Standard account specific payment terms apply

PRICING: Orders will be billed at the price prevailing on the day the order is invoiced. Since our costs can be affected by supply, fluctuation in foreign exchange rates, and demands, prices are subject to change without notice. However, they will not be adjusted unless necessary and will always be within governmental regulations. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

MINIMUM ORDERS: Sensations minimum order is $500.00

SHIPMENTS: Fall/Holiday merchandise will not be available to ship before August 1, 2019.Creative Converting reserves the right to cancel items 60 days prior to the holiday if ordered after August 1, 2019. Orders received after August 1, 2019 cannot specify ship dates earlier than 60 days from the day the order is entered.

RETURNS: Returned merchandise will not be accepted under any circumstances unless written authorization has been obtained from the Customer Service Department, and our labels are affixed to the returned product. Any such requests must be made within 30 days after the order is received.

FREIGHT: Freight is prepaid for merchandise totaling $500.00 or more to a single destination in the continental USA, FOB Joliet, IL. Orders under $500.00 will be charged freight. Creative Converting will NOT pay additional freight charges for special handling requests or ocean freight.

OTHER STANDARD TERMS: Orders will be accepted in full case quantities only. We reserve the right to charge a 1.5% per month service charge on all overdue balances. There will be a $50.00 charge on all checks returned by the bank. All orders are subject to approval by Creative Converting. We do not accept post-dated checks. We will not be held responsible for post-dated checks sent to our lockbox. Payment due dates are based upon date of original invoice. Post audit deductions are not allowed on invoices after 6 months from date of invoice.

BACK-ORDERS: Backorders will be shipped unless specified otherwise by the customer. Seasonal backorders will be cancelled if unshipped 30 days before the holiday.
