Day One.After a direct flight down to Broome, guests will be transferred to the iconic Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa. Settle in and relax before a half day conference session in the Sam Male Room.

As the sun is setting, guests will be traverse the sandy shoreline camel back, before returning to the resort for a stylish welcome

cocktail dinner will be on the acclaimed Okari Deck.

Day One // Sunset Camel Safari & Welcome Dinner

A Camel Safari on Cable Beach is perhaps one of the most photographed Australian adventures. The endless shore line of Cable Beach is the perfect location to witness the sunset across the Indian Ocean.

There is no better setting than the Okari Deck to host a stunning welcome cocktail reception. A truly picturesque setting on a Broome evening, the deck offers views of the iconic Cable Beach sunset over the Indian Ocean, camel trains returning home after their beach walks, and palms swaying in the gentle breeze.

Day One // Welcome Dinner

A substantial cocktail canape menu will be selected accompanied by cheese and charcuterie boards to be shared amongst the group and a three hour beverage package including a sparkling wine, two white wines, two red wines, beer, cider and all non-alcoholic beverages. Please see below a sample menu that will change between now and the event, this just gives you an understanding of their style of food:

Day Two.Today’s full day conference session will take place within

the Sam Male Room. Morning and afternoon tea, lunch and refreshments will be served throughout the day.

Following a long day conferencing, the evening is at leisure for the team to relax & explore the surrounds.

Named after an old Pearling Master of Broome, this purpose built conference room features polished floorboards, an abundance of natural light, high ceilings, staging and French doors opening onto a wide veranda. Your delegates will be in comfort during conference sessions and can enjoy the gardens and balmy weather during breaks hosted on the veranda. The room can be divided into three individual rooms to allow for flexibility in program design and facilitation.

Day Two // Conference

Day Three.Today will be the final day of conferencing with a half day session

finishing in the early afternoon.

This evening, guests are treated to a beautiful group dining experience at the Cichetti Club, followed by an exclusive

nightcap(s), dessert and film at the historic & iconic open air Sun Cinemas.

Day Three // Dinner at Cichetti Club‘Cichetti’ is tapas with a Venetian twist. Enjoy small share plates, a glass of wine and a view across Cable Beach. The Cichetti Club is all about coming together to share a modern Italian meal with heart and flavour. Below is a sample menu, subject to change.

Day Three// Sun Cinemas exclusive useEnjoy an evening under the stars at the oldest operating open-air cinema in the world. Built in 1916, Sun Pictures continues to be a popular night out for the Broome community and visitors. Enjoy a unique dining experience followed by a private movie screening with choc bombs and popcorn in hand.

Day Four.Today will be the day to get out and explore Broome and its

surrounds at your own pace.

Visit a pearl lugger and take a journey on the Indian Ocean, cruise the Kimberley and explore the Australian Outback, or visit

the township for diverse shopping, dining and sites.

Early evening, the team depart for Matso’s Brewery - an award winning outback operation.

Day Four // Matso’s BreweryThe most remote brewery in Australia, and one of Broome’s most famous man-made attractions, the brewery is known for its laid back atmosphere, food and, of course, beer. Picture a true outback bar that take its beer and food very seriously! A relaxed, shared dining experience - outback style.

Day Five.Your final day in Broome with a morning at leisure prior to making

your way to the airport to return home.
