Terms and Conditions:-

1. Research Proposal should contain, detail work plan and breakup of expenditure, full profile of the applicant/Organization along with experience to the related works.

2. Proposal should be submitted based 00 the above mentioned budget and should come through proper channel in case of Govt'/Semi Govt. employees.

3. Proposal will be scrutinized and selected by an expert Committee under Tribal Research and Cultural Institute.

4. A midterm report required to be presented after 3 month of issuing entrustment order.

5. The Midterm report and the final report will be scrutinized by the Expert Committee and the concerned Scholar/NGO is liable to make necessary correction or

modification as suggested by the Scrutiny Committee. 40% of tile sanctioned fund will be released as 1st Installment, 30% will be. released as 2nd Installment after satisfactory

presentation of midterm report and the remaining 30% will be released after satisfactory and successful completion of the work. In case the project is not completed

successfully, then the 70% of the total fund whi:::h would be given as 1st installment and 2nd Installment should be refunded with panel interest @ Rs.7.5% p.m from the date of

release of fund by Tribal Research and Cultural Institute.

'6. All the assets acquired from the sanctioned amount will be the property of Tribal Research and Cultural Institute and should not be disposed off or encumbered or utilized forpurpose ether then 'those for which the graut would be sanctioned. The recearcher/Naos are required to send to the Tribal Research and Cultural Institute a list of assetsacquired from t'ie grant,

7. The project should be completed within stipulated time limit as mentioned above. 3(Three) hard copies of the report along with soft copy should be submitted during finalsubmission.

8. All the Research Proposal should contains the following-Introduction, A Brief Review of Literature on the theme of the Research, Need and Significance of the Study, Objectivesof the Study, Methodology and Tentative Chapterization.

9. The final report will be published by this institute. The report or part of the report cannot be utilized or published without prior perrnission of Tribal Research and CulturalInstitute.

10. After acceptance of the report the researcher have to borne the actual conversion cost of the report from word file to page maker software.11. An agreement including above terms and condition have to be executed with Tribal Research and Cultural Institute, Govt. of Tripura before taking up of the work.
