Tell yourself that things will be okay and

give yourself permission to dream and

achieve the things you have always wanted.

Encourage the present you.

Not only is this a visualisation exercise

for yourself, it’s also a fantastic way of

projecting success into your future.

Imagine if you succeed in everything you

now dream of. What would your future self

be like? What would your future self tell

your present self?

Once you’ve written your letter, place it

where you can see it and read over it

often. Imagine this is you right now.

Imagine how it will feel to have achieved

all the things you’ve wanted to.
