Beverly Rubik, Ph.D., President, USPA

Beverly Rubik received her Ph.D. in biophysics in 1979 at the University of California at Berkeley. Her scientific areas of interest include consciousness studies; bioelectromagnetics; water, in regard to the living state; and alternative and complementary medicine. Rubik is especially known for her pioneering research on the biofield, the energy field associated with living organisms. She has conducted exploratory research on qigong masters and Reiki practitioners remotely affecting physical and biological systems. Rubik has measured the extremely low level light (biophotons) emitted by living organisms in relation to health and various states of consciousness. She has also conducted studies on the effects of low level electromagnetic fields on water and biological systems, and discovered an effect of cell phone radiation on human blood. She has won several awards for research, including the Alyce and Elmer Green Award in 2009 by the International Society for the Study of Subtle Energies and Energy Medicine, and the Integrity in Science Award by the Weston A. Price Foundation in 2015. She is president of the US Psychotronics Association since 2017. Rubik has published over 100 scientific papers and 2 books, Life at the Edge of Science (1996), and The Interrelationship between Mind and Matter (1992), an edited volume. She presently serves on the editorial boards of four peer-reviewed journals: Journal of Alternative & Complementary Medicine; Evidence-Based Integrative Medicine; Integrative Medicine Insights; and the Journal of Vortex Science and Technology. Rubik was one of 18 U.S. Congressionally-appointed members of the Program Advisory Board to the Office of Alternative Medicine at the US National Institutes of Health (NIH) from 1992-1997, and chaired the NIH panels on bioelectromagnetic medicine and energy healing. This was the precursory organization that launched the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine, more recently named the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health. Rubik co-authored two chapters in Alternative Medicine: Expanding Medical Horizons, the first NIH comprehensive report on alternative medicine. Rubik was director of the Center for Frontier Science at Temple University in Philadelphia from 1988-1995, where she founded a journal, Frontier Perspectives, and published scientific reports from scientists worldwide on theories and novel discoveries that challenged mainstream science. In 1996 Dr. Rubik founded the Institute for Frontier Science (IFS), a nonprofit laboratory, with support from Laurance S. Rockefeller, Sr., to continue her work. In 2002, IFS was awarded an NIH center grant for frontier medicine research on biofield science in consortium with researchers at the University of Arizona. Current research at IFS is focused on detecting new elements of the human biofield. Rubik is also a board member of the Institute for Venture Science. She is a professor at Energy Medicine University and adjunct faculty in Integrative Medicine and Health Sciences at Saybrook University, where she mentors doctoral students. Overview of Psychotronics: Intention Meets Technology

Psychotronics refers to the mind-machine interface. In particular, it refers to devices that work with mental intention, sometimes to do practical things. Psychotronics has its roots in ancient bioenergy concepts such as prana or qi. A related modern scientific concept is the biofield, the endogenous energy field of an organism, considered by some scientists as the fundamental organizing field of life involved in bio-regulation and bio-communication. The biofield consists of conventional electromagnetic fields, such as brainwaves and heart waves, and may also consist of more subtle energies not yet elucidated in conventional science, but nonetheless having a basis in Maxwell’s original theory of electromagnetics of 1865. Externally applied electromagnetic fields emitted by devices, for example, certain extremely low frequencies (ELF) or ELF-modulated fields may entrain the biofield, which can shift perception, behavior, and physiology. Some devices may promote healing or otherwise enhance life, whereas others could potentially thwart life. Geocosmic fields from the environment such as the Schumann earth frequencies add another dimension. Psychotronic signals based on mental intention may penetrate conventional shields and have effects across large distances. This topic is considered controversial by some, but nonetheless, practitioners of radionics, dowsing, other health care practitioners, and the military have seriously explored this topic, and commercial devices are available. A brief history of psychotronic generators and radionic devices, how they may work, as well as contemporary scientific explorations of mind over matter, the biofield, and subtle energy detectors, will be presented.

Scott Beutlich, Conference Coordinator &Treasurer, USPA

Scott Beutlich Is a retired High School Physics teacher. Scott taught for 33 years in Crystal Lake, Illinois. Scott’s dad, Robert “Bob” Beutlich was one of the original members of the US Radionics Congress in 1975, now known as the USPA. Bob was the Conference Coordinator and Secretary-Treasurer from 1980 thru 2006. Scott grew up learning “Strange Physics” and attended his first USPA meeting in 1979. He volunteered at all but two meetings since, serving many years on the Audio Visual crew and office staff. He has served on the Board of Directors since 1994 and was elected President from 2011-2016. Since 2011 he has served as Secretary-Treasurer, Conference Coordinator and handles the USPA collection of over 1200 recordings dating back to 1978. Scott and “Bob” taught about dowsing, auras, energy healing, stories and theories of the Mind to thousands of Physics students for over twenty years.

The Luminiferous Aether: Its Role in the History of Science

Historically Aether, since the Greek philosophers, has been the all pervading medium for Light, Electricity and a manmade construct as a source of all connection in the Universe. Descartes, Newton and others used the Luminiferous Aether as a mechanical transfer of Light through the vacuum. Aether was eliminated from conventional Physics by the Michelson-Morley experiment in the late 1800’s.

Physics continues to ignore great minds like Tesla and Dirac who described the vacuum of space as a “Sea of Energy”. Tapping into this source could explain many energy Phenomena. In Modern Physics, the Quantum Vacuum currently allows many energy anomalies, but has not been connected across all phenomena and the many branches of studies.

Today’s Physics is missing more than 95% of energy. The beautiful String Theory is eloquent but does not make any predictions that can be tested. Is it possible that our emphasis, based on the fundamentals, man chose to describe only the Physical. This strictly Physical view of the world restricts our view and understanding of the Non-Physical all pervading Aether. In In our next Paradigm shift, the Aether will be the home of all forms of Subtle Energy, Free Energy and consciousness.

Rev. Mary Hardy, Ph.D.

Rev. Mary Hardy, Ph.D., is a writer, teacher, herbalist, and servant in the process of bringing a new consciousness to the planet. She has a Ph.D. in Homeopathy from the Missouri College of Naturopathic Physicians, and a B.A. in Education from Western Michigan University. She has written three books, The Alchemist’s Handbook to Homeopathy; Pyramid Energy: The Philosophy of God, The Science of Man; and the new The Alchemist’s Handbooks: The Alchemist’s Handbook to The Gia Brain and Higher Consciousness, and The Alchemist’s Handbook to Homeopathy, which is two books in one. She has also published two DVDs teaching how to develop the grid to help humanity raise its consciousness. Mary is also the founder of the annual Temple of Sakkara conference now in its 35th year and the Sisterhood of the Emerald Fire – a ministry for the teachings of Mary Magdalene.

Pyramids Generate Scalar Waves and Create Orgone Energy as an Antenna with the Proper Orgone Covering

Pyramids create an energy field around the world called Nature’s Cathedral. The Knights Templar built cathedrals with the resonance factor similar to a labyrinth. A labyrinth generates a tachyon field. With this system you can neutralize radiation and set up a general force, which Wilhelm Reich called orgone energy. Orgone energy is the life-force energy that exists in all human, plant, and animal life. It is like the chi energy or prana.

The power of Nature’s Cathedral is that we can balance out the ELF and the EMF in our atmosphere. The Knights Templar created the cathedrals to bring about a Temple atmosphere on the planet. Now the Temple of Sakkara is teaching the process of the Holy Grail vortex to activate the power of orgone energy into Nature’s Cathedral. The cathedrals set a frequency that balanced out the life-force energy within the land. In 1975, the Hardys built a pyramid to assist their 10 year old son because he was dyslexic. Kenneth Killick designed this pyramid with an orgone covering. Little did we realize that this pyramid balanced the abnormalities within the Bermuda Triangle and The Great Lakes Triangle, setting up an orgone frequency that balanced the abnormalities and generated a frequency that lessened the effects of EMF and ELF, generated by cell phone towers. Kenneth Killick told us that we prevented the ELF signals that the Navy was using to communicate with submarines during the Cold War. This saved the plant and animal life in the oceans.

Kenneth never explained orgone energy to us. Shortly after we built our orgone pyramid antenna, Navy intelligence visited us. Since we had no understanding of orgone energy, because it was outlawed in the late 40’s by our government, when they appeared on our doorstep, we simply told them that we built our pyramid to help our 10 year old son function in the third dimension. Later, we realized that when the Navy communicated with the submarines with ELF, our orgone antenna put the override frequency of orgone on their ELF signals. Kenneth later told us that the orgone energy that we broadcasted prevented the oceans from dying.

In 1984 Kenneth asked us to speak at the USPA about the covering of our pyramid. He expressed concern that somebody would patent this process and cause us to tear our pyramid down. So we registered our pyramid design in a Patent office and asked Riley Crabb to publish a scientific paper on the covering of our pyramid and talked to Scott’s father, Bob, about speaking at the USPA. That year we presented a paper discussing the layering affect that we put on our pyramid making it an orgone pyramid.

Pyramids are electrical antennas that are connected together by the orgone field and the Schumann Resonance. They are antennas that keep the life-force active on the planet through Nature’s Cathedral.

Marty Lucas, Board Member, USPA

Marty Lucas is a radionics practitioner and instructor. In the mid-90’s Marty was the national product trainer for a revolutionary nutritional supplement company that produced highly effective bio-available products. He found that nearly all chronic disease could be mitigated and even reversed once the nutritional issues were corrected. When he started his own company he continued to develop new protocols and test them world-wide. He found that his work applied equally well to the livestock industry and even in crop health. While many were very effective, there were some issues that nutrition simply did not reverse (or did not reverse in time). That led him to look into other approaches to wellness, including Radionics. For the last decade, Marty has developed cutting-edge radionics protocols for health and wellness for animals, plants and human applications. He has found the ultimate “cause behind the cause” is always energetic and is often related to

how DNA is expressed through epigenetics. Once the energetic imbalance has been identified, it becomes much easier to ferret out the nutritional, toxin and related issues that produced the dysfunction. Marty is now a full-time radionic consultant and teacher, with clients around the world. When he is not in is lab he can often be found on his organic farm; testing new approaches and protocols.

Programming Plant DNA with Radionics

We are all familiar with how DNA passes physical traits from generation to generation; however, we rarely consider how behavioral traits are stored and passed. Just as eye color is inherited, so are the survival instincts. While that avenue of research is fascinating, it is just as interesting to consider that certain traumas and response to those traumas can also become encoded in the genetic heritage. Plants can pass resistance to their off-spring without discernible changes to the DNA. It is my working hypothesis that these traits are coded into the DNA not unlike how firmware is encoded into computer systems. Further, if there are portions of the DNA that are programmable, then we can learn how to deliberately program certain traits that can then be passed to the next generations. Mainstream genetic researchers have proven that behavior and learning can be passed to offspring. I am working to perfect a radionic protocol that accesses the programmable portion of plant DNA. My early research is already providing some fascinating insights. If a compound can be produced by a plant, there is the very real possibility that it can be produced by other plants as well, WITHOUT the issues associated with genetic modification.

Aimee Whalen

Aimee Whalen received her BSN from Catholic University in 1981. She spent 20 years of a 37 year career in various aspects of pediatrics. The tragic loss of her 3 ½ year old son, Robbie, gave new meaning and vigor to her calling to relieve suffering wherever she could.

The late 1980s saw the rise of the AIDs epidemic. The children of the poor were especially hard hit. The babies born to HIV infected mothers had a chance if they received proper care. With her experience in Pediatric ICU and home care, Aimee cared for these medically fragile children with all the tools and medicines Western medicine could provide. Moreover, she also expanded her knowledge and her work in the areas of

palliative care and infant massage. In earnest, she studied holistic medicine and endeavored to learn to heal not just the body, but the mind and the soul of the afflicted and their families. A chance encounter on a return flight from vacation brought Aimee to know Dr. Linda Lancaster. Dr. Linda is the founder of Light Harmonics Institute, a healing and teaching center specializing in energy medicine, based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Dr. Linda imparted her belief that virtually anyone with the right care could improve. A diagnosis of Crohn’s disease in her young nephew motivated Aimee to further complete Dr. Linda’s program. In 2004 Aimee received a master’s degree in Medical Radiesthesia and Radionics. She went on to become a Reiki Master, Biofeedback Specialist and Craniosacral Therapist. Aimee holds certifications in Spiritual Healing and Pangu Shengong Qigong Healing with Master Ou Wen Wei. She is a long-time member of the International Order of the St. Luke’s the Physician. From the adolescents unit in the Bronx, from the poorer neighborhoods of Guatemala and New York, to the more bucolic setting of the Long Island Forks, Aimee has served with compassion. Since 2011 she has been a Hospice Nurse helping people of all ages as well as their families achieve comfort and peace.

Using “Etheric” Energy to Heal: Spirit and Medicine

I will demonstrate the power of etheric energy to aid in the healing process through my work as a practitioner. First, I identify the “shock,” clear it, and as a result open the channels for healing in my patients at all levels. Through the lens of storytelling, case histories of former patients will be presented to provide direct and anecdotal evidence of the power of both Western and complementary methods to facilitate openings in the etheric field to allow higher consciousness to interact with all universal energies. Techniques that I use include being present, listening, Reiki, Medical Radiesthesia, Radionics, Cranial Sacral Therapy, human connection, noticing subtle changes and cues, paying attention, asking questions, asking permission and coming into true essence. I meet every person with enthusiasm, like reading a wonderful book, with a new chapter ready to unfold. I observe, listen, absorb, and remain fully present to understand. I use instruments, medical tools, and medical modalities; however, I know that I am also an instrument with the creator always guiding me.

The results obtained were positive and expanding. Feedback from patients indicated that they were more relaxed; they cried; they smiled; they felt they could die in peace; they felt they were living in a more balanced way; they felt more alive; they made peace with everything and everybody. Patients found that an opening was created that allowed the healing they needed to take place on all levels. They knew that they were in control of their outcomes at all times. Patients could take credit for their own healing whether living, dying, or staying in the disease process.

It is possible to clear and raise the etheric field and allow healing at all levels to take place, be it emotional, spiritual, physical, or shedding of traumatic events. The shift, if embraced, allows a patient to reach their highest potential.

J.J. Hurtak, Ph.D., Ph.D., and Desiree Hurtak, Ph.D.

J. J. Hurtak and Desiree Hurtak are founders of The Academy for Future Science (www.futurescience.org), an international non-governmental organization that works to bring cooperation between science and consciousness. Together, the Hurtaks have written several books, including Overself Awakening and their most recent co-authored with Dr. Elizabeth Rauscher, entitled Mind Dynamics. Dr. J.J. Drs. Hurtaks together have traveled throughout the world to investigate ancient cultures and to work closely with indigenous people, including the Zulu Shaman Credo Mutwa, about whom they recently produced an award winning documentary called Voice of Africa. They have also worked with the Xavante Indians (Brazil). They are respected archeologists having worked both in Mexico and Egypt and were part of the team that uncovered the mysterious Tomb of Osiris on the Giza Plateau. They also worked in the pyramids of Mexico and Egypt doing acoustic testing where they showed extensive sound tones built into the architectural design of the various temples and tombs. They have also spoken at various universities on the power of music showing how it is a transformational tool for health and increasing the cognitive powers of the mind. They are both also Evolutionary Leaders along with such notables as Barbara Marx Hubbard, Bruce Lipton, Neal Donald Walsh, Deepak Chopra and many more.

As co-writer and composer with legendary song writer Alice Coltrane, Dr. J.J. Hurtak’s work was presented at the New Jersey Center for Performing Arts (New York Times, 2006). His work has also been performed by the Berlin Symphonic Orchestra (2011). Together, the Hurtaks continue to use music to help unify cultures and at the same time assist the indigenous cultures to maintain their uniqueness within the larger global society.

The Power of Music and Sound for Mental Consciousness Upliftment

This is a talk on the use of music and unique frequencies to trigger positive health results throughout the body and mind. There are now numerous cases cited in which music has helped patients in their recovery from strokes and has improved their heart rate variability (HRV). Additionally, sound frequencies have resulted in a reduction of stress and pain, requiring less use of narcotic drugs. Music, as pressure waves, can create complex geometric shapes, making frequencies visible and measured through biofeedback monitoring; the higher the frequency, the more complex the design. The ancients understood this power and used it in their temples for the raising of consciousness. Different types of music, such as Gregorian chants, indigenous or classical music, as well as Eastern rhythms, each create a variety of brain stimuli which can decrease psychobiological stress and create moods of happiness. Certain music, as well as binaural beats from 8Hz and below can also calm the mind to allow for relaxation and the healing of the body. Music clearly has been used throughout history for consciousness upliftment, but today we are beginning to comprehend its effects through science.

Just as photons are beginning to reveal the true nature of light, we will also explore the mathematical correlations between photons and phonons in wave theory. Here phonons, as vibrational quanta, may be considered both as particles and vibrational waves which can influence the mind, not just as heat or sound, but by activating neurons directly in the brain. Sound consists of vibrations of matter which can both transport electrons and activate our brain’s neurons. In this way, sound takes an active role in facilitating the sending of information throughout the body, stimulating emotions and increasing or slowing down heart rate and respiration.

Using the research of neuro-musicology, we will show that areas such as the amygdala, the brain’s emotional center, the frontal lobe, and the mesolimbic system can be activated by music. Music triggers multiple activities in various regions of the brain, from the auditory cortex to, in particular, the visual, linguistic, auditory and muscular areas, stimulating the pumping of blood into our leg muscles. It also re-patterns certain of our internal cycles which synchronize with its rhythms. Music can also bring us into a sense of self that is expanded beyond the limits of the body. When we say music, we think of audible sounds, but oftentimes these audible frequencies also emit tones beyond the range of human hearing, which are the ones that truly affect our bodies. The body itself not only absorbs but also produces music, transmitting it into the environment, as we are living bio-transducers possessing resonating vibratory organs within our body that react to various frequencies, especially the brain and heart. Our goals are to thoroughly understand the whole vibratory pattern of our body, and how the electronic measurement of para-physical gates or nodal points, activated by music, helps us to establish healthy and happy human resonance fields of vibration.

Jeffrey Mishlove, Ph.D.

Jeffrey Mishlove is the host and producer of the New Thinking Allowed video channel on YouTube. In this capacity, he has uploaded hundreds of video conversations with leading thinkers in philosophy, psychology, health, science, and spirituality – with a strong emphasis on parapsychology. Since March 2018, he has also been uploading a daily series of short monologues called InPresence. Between 1986 and 2002, he hosted and co-produced the original Thinking Allowed television series that was carried on public TV stations throughout North America.

He is the recipient of the only doctoral diploma ever awarded by an accredited university, anywhere in the world, in “Parapsychology”. He received this degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1980, though the interdisciplinary, doctoral degree program.

He is author of The Roots of Consciousness: Psychic Liberation through History, Science, and Experience (1975), Psi Development Systems (1983), The Roots of Consciousness: The Classic Encyclopedia of Consciousness Studies, Revised and Expanded (1993), and The PK Man: A True Story of Mind over Matter (1999).

He is past-vice-president of the Association for Humanistic Psychology; and is the 2001 recipient of the Pathfinder Award from that association for his outstanding contributions to the field of human consciousness exploration. He has also served as president of the non-profit Intuition Network, an organization dedicated to creating a world in which all people are encouraged to cultivate and apply their inner, intuitive abilities.

Highlights from 136 Years of Psi Research

Since the founding of the Society for Psychical Research in England in 1882, there has been an ongoing effort to scientifically define the boundaries and outer reaches of human consciousness. This presentation highlights the main findings that have been consistently observed for over a century. These will include efforts to enhance psi functioning by reducing external noise sources, techniques for quieting the mind, and strategies used by successful psychics for enhancing their performance. In particular, Dr. Mishlove will focus on his ten-year field investigation of Ted Owens, the subject of the book, The PK Man. Owens produced many demonstrations, for scientists, of ostensible large-scale psychokinesis. In order to accomplish these feats he developed a methodology he called a “PK Map”.

Understanding the Etheric Body in Radionics

The Etheric Body interpenetrates the physical body and is held together by the interpenetrating energy threads, or streams and lines of light from ether. The Source of Ether is the Primordial Sound.

Ether is one of the 5 elements in nature, and manifests in our energy field. The Earth also has an energy field. Both are electro-magnetic in nature. Our cells are electro-magnetic. The electricity is the acid or active movement and the magnetic is the alkaline or slow movement. The energy that is produced by the interaction and balance of these 2 fields, electric and magnetic, creates our etheric field of energy.

Radionics uses this etheric field to send remedies from a distance, with intention, and as the recipient receives it through their etheric field the connection is made. A Radionic Practitioner treats the energy, not the physical body. It is the pre-physical that receives the treatment.

There is the physical body with an interpenetrating etheric body often called the physical double. In radionics we understand that the physical body would not be alive without this life force, or the etheric energy. One can also call it the Biofield. I prefer to call it the life force as manifested in the etheric body. It is the connection to our subtle energy. It has a purpose, to connect the physical to the subtle energy and fields and to vitalize or energize the physical body. This is why, we must feed our body with good food that is also imbibed with electromagnetic energy, and a strong life force with nutrients from the earth’s EM field. It is the electromagnetic energy of our food that nourishes us!

The Etheric Body is also the receiver of energy, assimilator and transmitter of energy! With intention and through our own etheric force field, we can transmit, and are able to connect to send a radionics treatment. The Etheric body consists of lines and channels of energies and light, and is in every single cell and atom of the physical body. Ether is the life force. Without ether there is no life. The frame of the physical body consists of material drawn from the 4 ethers.

In human radionics, it is best to give treatment for balancing emotions and unblocking stresses, and pollutants to allow the person’s own vital force to flow ~ not to boost without understanding the cause. An important part of Radionics is to do an analysis, to see the blueprint of the person and find the blocks in the person’s field. The right use of Radionics is to unblock and bring balance to the etheric body so that it can connect to the higher dimensions. Palliative treatment is acceptable as short term radionics acute therapy as needed. For example: treatment of colds, flu, infections, injuries, dental work, clearing of shock or emotional imbalances, etc.

Remember, nothing happens in the physical body before it happens in the etheric. It is the invisible pollutants, culprits and shock that can interfere with the flow of energy between the physical and etheric. Dr. Patrick Gage Bailey

Patrick Bailey received his BS in Engineering Physics from UC Berkeley. There he was in Air Force ROTC and was also on the championship Cal Varsity Gymnastics team, 2nd NCAA in 1966 and 1st NCAA in 1968. There he learned about “free speech.” He then attended MIT and earned his PhD in Nuclear Engineering and a minor in Artificial Intelligence. There he played on the MIT Rugby Team that won the USA NE Finals in 1969, and 7 years thereafter. He has spent his entire life in advanced technology fields. He spent 8 years as a Project Manager at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) in Commercial Nuclear Power Plant Safety and Analysis, where there he was the Charter President of a Toastmasters Club. He then worked on the application of nuclear isotopes and reactors, including the use of advanced multi-junction solar array cells, for orbital satellite electric power systems (EPS) at Lockheed Martin. There he became a Senior Electrical Engineer in charge of EPS design - and was retired after 24 years. In the early 1990s he also helped create the Institute for New Energy (INE) and has served as the INE President and webmaster since 1994. Over this time, he has written more than 120 professional and refereed technical papers on many topics for various projects and organizations, including the American Nuclear Society (ANS), and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA). In 1984, he was the Technical Program Chairman (TPC) of the ANS sponsored IECEC conference - the “Intersociety Energy Conversion Engineering Conference” - supported by all seven of the largest technical societies in the USA. He later also was the TPC for the 1991 IECEC in Boston, where he created two special sessions where inventors were invited to present and share their own ideas and concepts. In 1994, he was the Topic Area Organizer and the Session Chair of the AIAA sponsored IECEC held in Monterey, CA, where the first refereed paper on successful and repeatable “cold fusion” was presented and published by SRI under EPRI funding. He was also the TPC for several international and smaller conferences under the direction of the Institute for New Energy, and he helped publish the New Energy New Monthly Newsletter for many years. The New Energy Technologies and the Scientific Basis of Alchemy

I will discuss new energy technologies, including long lasting “free-energy devices”, “over-unity machines”, new physics, and suppressed knowledge – with video clips of interesting things.

What about the new technologies and the advances in physics up to and including today that you are not being told about for certain reasons. I will discuss these reasons.

Reported observations are being ridiculed and suppressed by loud claims of, “That can’t be right!” - Why are they not saying, “That’s Interesting!” instead?

Low Energy Nuclear Reactions (LENR) – They refer to a whole new field of experiments that are now rapidly expanding every year – internationally, for many reasons. Colleges and Graduate Schools are still teaching about electricity and nuclear theory that was first taught in the1930s! This outdated physics cannot and does not explain what we now see and measure today in table-top experiments - or in our observation of planets and the universe. New models are needed to be used, after the resistance to change is overcome and suppression is released. For example, a public presentation and publication was made at an IECEC conference in 1994 demonstrating repeatable “cold-fusion.” I was the Session Chairperson. Who cares now?

M-state Materials – as they are now called, are new forms of matter that do not behave like normal elements or isotopes. David Hudson was granted a US Patent for these, called ORMES Materials, and a subsequent patent application to explain their theory and how they can exist was first granted , but then quickly rejected. Why does the US Patent Office continue to send out “Secrecy Notices” to applicants of certain devices, which result in their work being “classified”?

Alchemy – the history, study, and overt secrecy of Alchemy, will be discussed. In the 1600s there were groups (called lodges) of alchemists in many towns in Scotland that experimented, shared their results, and made significant advances in the areas of alchemy, applications, and health effects. What was that knowledge and where did it go? Was it all suppressed by the formation of the Masonic Grand Lodges of France, Germany, and Scotland?

The Masons that I have been in contact with are also interested in finding the Truth about the history and various applications of Alchemy. We know about the mental applications, such as the use of the Kabbalah in daily life. But what about the physical application of Alchemy? Master Masons, Scottish Rite Masons, York Rite Masons, and especially the Knights Templars of the York Rite are all very interested in working together to find such past information and to share the knowledge. The “shemanna” of ancient Egypt, the “manna” of the Hebrews, and the “white powder of gold” and ORMES materials from David Hudson – are all intimately related - and they were all proven to be caused by using just fire! The Egyptian cartouche for shemanna is still today “bread”. Is this the long-lost Ancient Master’s Word in Masonry? Is this what the Bible means by, “Give us today our daily bread?” What LENR reactions might be involved?

Stephen Quong

Stephen Quong (spiritual name Umananda) has studied and practiced astrology in Asia, Europe, and North America since 1970. He has travelled extensively throughout India, Nepal, Tibet, Sri Lanka, China, and Southeast Asia studying with many of the most accomplished contemporary masters of Vedic Astrology and Palmistry. Radionic Broadcasting of Sanskrit Mahamantras

Through the years, there have been numerous reports by radionics researchers regarding the efficacy of broadcasting words representing focused intent. These words can be as simple as “Love”, “Gratitude,” and “Forgiveness”, “I AM” type of affirmations, commands and directives for specific results, and various verses of scripture and religious prayers. Along these lines, I offer for your consideration the radionic broadcasting of sacred Sanskrit mantras, which have been chanted by billions of people for thousands of years—for attunement and connection with the Divine, for spiritual blessings, and as a conduit for directing healing energies to a specific person. Sanskrit is one of the world’s oldest languages, and has been in continuous use in daily religious liturgies since the beginning of recorded history in India, and is recognized as the primary language for the most ancient Vedic scriptures of India. The Sanskrit name for their alphabet characters or script is “devanagari”, which literally means “the handwriting of the gods”. These ancient Vedic scriptures were authored by anonymous seers, called Maharishis (great seers), who claimed that the oral teachings which they later shared with their disciples, were revealed to them while in the deepest states of meditation, and while

in communion with the Divine. The very sound vibrations of each syllable, when correctly pronounced, had profound effects on Nature, and on the human psyche, as well as reverberating in the ether and collective consciousness of billions of souls. In fact, it is believed that the sound vibration of each word has an exact correlation with its meaning. In other words, the precise sound of the word was intrinsically linked with its meaning. Few other languages have made this claim. The remembrance and repetition of these sacred mantras evolved into a spiritual practice which became known as Japa Yoga—the path to reunion with God through the ritualized repetition of the sacred Names of God. The underlying principle of mantra chanting was that the sound vibrations would, through the resonance effect, affect Mind (chit), Matter (prakriti), and Ether (akasha). All three of these metaphysical concepts, and many more, were developed and codified thousands of years ago, in a complex, rational, and coherent system of philosophy, which is revered and studied to this day. While it is part of the Vedic tradition that the inner meaning, and energetic experience, of a sacred mantra, was best conveyed individually and privately to a student by a living, spiritually enlightened teacher (sadguru), such teachers are rare, and hard to find. Plus the idea of submitting one’s individual will to another person, and trusting that person to guide and protect you on life’s perilous journey, is contrary to modern Western beliefs. When it is not possible to receive a personal mantra initiation from a living spiritual master in a traditional Vedic ceremony, there is an alternative available, which provides much of the same benefit: the chanting of a Maha Mantra (great mantra) which has been imbued with so much spiritual power by the highest level spiritual masters, that it can be chanted to great effect, without having received a personal mantra initiation. These Maha Mantras can also be broadcasted radionically, to good effect. My presentation will discuss the use of some of these Maha Mantras as effective energetic talismans in radionic broadcasts, using analog, digital, or software type devices. The knowledge and techniques developed, tested, and proven by millions of people for thousands of years, can now be applied in the practice of modern radionics.

The Etheric Properties of the life Force

“Pennsylvania” Pete Radatti worked on the project to connect the first supercomputer to the ARPANET, which later became the Internet. Lutie Larson, Boar Member, USPA

Lutie Larson is a radionics and subtle energies specialist in agriculture. Early in October 1989, my daughter Katherine, my sister Mary, and I purchased

an excellent 5.32 acre piece of Greenbelt farmland to develop a research farm/homestead that would demonstrate the practicality of alternative farming and gardening methods. With my interest and background in subtle energy and bio-intensive methods, I began the process of laying out the Little Farm Research Center. Our pilot greenhouse was designed around three 33’ pyramids and used sacred proportions to create resonant space within the structure. Crystals were placed in the cement foundation walls at the apex corners. In the spring of 1990 we built twenty-five 4’ by 16’ raised beds and planted them. I started researching the use of music and foliar sprays on these beds. I used Dan Carlson’s “Sonic Bloom” system and gathered abundant data on how plants respond to sound frequencies. We also gathered in an

abundant harvest of strawberries, lettuce, beets, carrots, etc.In January 1991 I spoke at the Ecological Farm Conference in Monterey, CA, in the session, “The Fringes of Organic

Farming.” Many spoke to me later about our radionic applications to agriculture. At this same conference I was lucky enough to hear Sigfried and Uta Luebke from Austria lecture on Controlled Microbial Composting. They had followed the work of Dr. Ehrenfried Pfeiffer and had developed an agriculture model using a composting system high in beneficial microbial organisms. They spoke about the devastating consequences of the Chernobyl crisis in 1986. After extensive testing the government found that their farm was not contaminated with radiation. All of Austria had high levels of radiation in the soils and crops at that time. They determined this was because of their extensive use of compost. Healthy live soil was able to transmute the radiation fallout. They committed themselves to teaching their composting techniques to farmers worldwide.

Back at Little Farm in 1991 we harvested 6 cases of head lettuce and 8 pounds of mixed greens with sorrel, arugula, and spinach from our newly built polyculture greenhouse. Last year we had lettuce growing from seed to harvest in 35 days, with two transplantings. We used a variety of techniques developed here at Little Farm. Plants and soil are radionically balanced weekly. The sonic bloom tape is played two to three times a week. Soil is monitored and appropriate amendments are added after each crop is cut. Foliars and drenches are used when indicated. This same year we started a community youth program, called the Little Farm Apprentice Program, for youngsters 8 years and older. Little Farm Foundation, Inc. a nonprofit corporation was formed in February 1995 to continue the research and

educational activities started by LFR. The summer apprentice program for young people had been run for the last 4 years by LFR. This community program has run for 17 years and has included nearly 500 children and youth between the ages of 8 and 16. Our work with lettuce, our cash crop at Little Farm, very quickly began to produce marketable heads in 21 days and less. The lettuce was delicious and people still comment on it. This same year we started a community youth program, called the Little Farm Apprentice Program, for youngsters 8 years and older.

Quantum Agriculture in India 2018

Our recent trip to India was a 3 day THRIVE sponsored Quantum Medicine and Healing Conclave held at Pyramid Valley outside of Bangalore, India, and the 5 day SE-5 1000 Radionic Intensive hosted by Don Paris with Jan van der Est and myself as teachers. My impressions were as follows. (1) The affluent people of India are most eager to utilize subtle energy in all practical ways to help the people of their country. Medicine, personal healing and agriculture were all topics of this conclave. (2) The traditional daily practice of meditation has given them a far greater sense of subtle energy (Quantum energy) than the Western world. However, they need instruction on how to use this energy and how to apply it. (3) The ancient practices and traditions, which are still alive in India, are in the process of being re-discovered.

It is an exciting time for collaboration. I am hoping to return soon to help restore the sustainable practices of the ancient farmers of India. Radionics with the ability to look and compare various methods and materials is a perfect fit for this awakening to Quantum Agriculture. I will address the soil fertility of India’s dryad highly mineralized soil, and the reason this type of soil is fragile and ill-suited to Western commercial systems. I will discuss the predominant mono-culture crops, rice, cotton, cereal grains. There are many multi-crop farmers who need a system of organization. These small farmers are the backbone of the nation who needs support at this time.

Lastly I will touch on a possible solution utilizing integrated systems already in place in the small rural communities. I believe this solution would benefit greatly from radionics.

James Oschman, Ph.D.

Jim Oschman is a biophysicist and an internationally recognized expert on the scientific basis for Energy and Informational Medicine. He has contributed scientific perspectives that clarify controversial issues such as the nature of biological energetics and energetic therapeutics. He has also written extensively on electromagnetic pollution, the mechanisms by which it can produce biological effects, and what can be done about it. Structure and Properties of the Quantum Information Field: A Basis for Radionics, Distant Healing, Homeopathy, Morphic Resonance, and Other Supposedly Anomalous Phenomena

A number of phenomena conventionally regarded as anomalous and therefore unworthy of scientific investigation may be explainable by the existence of a pervasive quantum information field interacting with all matter, both living

and non-living throughout the universe. For example, homeopathic remedies are diluted again and again until there is virtually nothing left of the original substance. During this “potentizing” process, the therapeutic effectiveness increases rather than decreases. This of course makes absolutely no logical sense, and provides skeptics plenty of ammunition for dismissing one of the most popular and successful therapeutic modalities world-wide. However, what if the repeated dilutions, with agitation, (referred to as “succussion” in homeopathy) are systematically transferring vibrational information from the therapeutic molecules into water, and thence into a pervasive quantum information field? I suggest that there is strong evidence for the existence of such an information field, and that its properties are well established on the basis of both quantum physics and ancient wisdom.

Another controversial issue is the mechanism by which organisms develop from single cells into adults. In 1981, Rupert Sheldrake proposed an interesting and important model of development in which collective memories within species are stored in a “morphic field” that progeny tap into to regulate their development along the lines of their predecessors. The concept was quickly rejected because such a field had never been measured, there was no evidence for it, and it was inconsistent with data from genetics and embryology. However, what if there is a quantum information field residing in the fabric of space that provides a basis for the morphic field?

Albert Einstein developed the concept of a fabric of space in 1915 as part of his general theory of relativity. Since then it has become widely accepted that space and time have a fabric that is distorted by objects such as stars, planets, and, presumably, atoms and molecules. Local study of the fabric of space is challenging because of it’s extremely small dimensions known as the Planck length (1.6 x 10-35 meters) and Planck time (10-44 seconds) – the time it takes for light to travel a Planck length. Until recently, these dimensions, where relativity meets quantum mechanics meets gravity, could only be studied indirectly. However, in 2015 we reported that the path of light entering the eye gives support to the vortical structure of space and electromagnetic fields (Journal of Vortex Science and Technology Volume 2, issue 1) supporting a model of the spiral grain of the universe developed by Vladimir B Ginzburg in his five books on the subject.

The presentation will describe the conclusions of leading researchers who have modeled the fundamental mathematical and geometrical patterns that enable the fabric of space to be holographic, fractal, tensegrous, and vortical, providing a basis for a pervasive quantum information field. The ventricles of the heart, because of their Möbius geometry, can act as a bi-directional scalar field antenna enabling interactions with the quantum information field.

Harry Jabs is formally educated with two masters degrees in experimental physics,

one from the University of Hamburg (X-ray, crystallography), Germany, and one from Texas A&M University (cold fusion, nuclear), College Station, Texas. Currently he works as senior researcher and engineer at Institute for Frontier Science in Emeryville, California.

Harry is an experienced multidisciplinary scientist with a track record of invention and innovation in the fields of physics, chemistry, biochemistry, electronics, mechanics, micromechanics, material science and computer engineering. He has led interdisciplinary teams to invent and apply novel technology breakthroughs to solve complex real-world problems in such diverse areas as energy, nano/bio-technology, electronics, computer hardware and software, detector systems, machining and fabrication, prototyping, fluid handling, sensors and detectors, etc.

As examples, he invented a field effect transistor-based biosensor system with integrated electrochemical discrimination, developed surface chemistry and wrote grant proposals. He prototyped solar-concentrating photovoltaics, portable breath sound monitor in cell phone format, electronic noses (conductive polymers, metal oxides), hydrocarbon fuel reformer with plasmatron, electrochemical water purifier, pyrolysis mass spectrometer, physical and chemical detector systems, microfluidic ion analyzer, water sterilization with microwaves, bioreactors, endoscope sterilizer, wireless bone conduction hearing aid, X-ray crystal monochromator, nuclear particle detectors and a

medical implant with RF link and computer control. He researched electric, magnetic and quantum field effects on living organisms, including biophotons and healing at a distance as well as effects of EMF and ELF radiation on humans. Harry also conducted cold fusion experiments for two years.

Harry holds 7 patents, 8 disclosures of inventions and 2 NASA Certificates of Recognition. He developed over 20 product concepts in areas of sensors, automotive engineering, long-duration space travel, nuclear cancer therapy, X-ray generation, household appliances, solar and wind energy harnessing, water treatment, drug delivery, and micro-fluidics. He authored over 40 proposals to government agencies as well as private entities. He has 22 professional publications.

In the pursuit of novel concepts he considers processes that may go beyond the paradigm of currently accepted science. He is open to entirely new understandings that reflect consciousness effects on living and material objects, an area that natural science so far has not been able to characterize. “Just because we have not discovered it yet, does not mean it does not exist,” could be his maxim. Harry is a strong proponent of the Electric Universe Theory and Maxwell’s 1865 theory of electromagnetism in its original form.

Aether: The Dynamic Substrate of Physical Reality

The aether, a subtle primordial substance, was thought to permeate all space and provide a substrate through which radiant energy waves traveled. It is a powerful explanatory concept that goes back to ancient indigenous knowledge and unified our understanding of the physical world. Although 20th century science largely abandoned the concept, new models of the aether are being developed.

Space is considered a vacuum, a void, an empty container for matter and energy. However, space is far from empty! Space is a plenum full of energetic potential. Space itself has physical properties---including memory--- that imply the existence of a subtle substance that can hold information. Matter itself may be only a special dynamic state of the aether. Consciousness may be rooted in this plenum and form the deep substratum of existence.

Various concepts of the aether will be discussed—from the akasha of Vedic philosophy, which influenced Nikola Tesla’s ideas of energy; to the zero point energy of quantum theory; the dark energy and dark matter of cosmology; the subtle aetheric states of matter in theosophy; and the quantum potential of David Bohm. Recent experiments on aether-drift show evidence for a dynamic neo-aether. Other types of evidence for aether will also be described.

Whereas 20th century physics was caught up in mathematical verbiage, the neo-aether provides causal explanations of observed phenomena, including how electromagnetic waves travel through space, non-locality and quantum entanglement. The neo-aether has the potential to provide new perspectives toward a unified field theory and a new golden age of reason with subsequent applications for society.

Dan Davidson

Dan Davidson has always been interested in science. In the 1940s, as a young boy, I tried to build a communicator that I envisioned. In the 1950’s the transistor was invented (actually stolen from Dr. T. Henry Moray) so my naive desire to build a communicator was woefully deficient. By High School I realized that the earth’s sciences and the planet in general were at a primitive level compared to what I remembered from somewhere else. A simple prayer to God to show me how the universe was built and functions opened doors to a fantastic life.

During college I would spend my spare time researching and studying and interviewing those who were brought into my orbit who had advanced knowledge of alternative science and associated information of past or current researchers. These researchers had built free energy devices, controlled gravity, invented radionics devices, etc. By the time I graduated from college with a couple of hard science degrees I had a good view of the current scientific system and a collection of various alternative science anomalies with a lot of backup

data. For example, I took a trip with a friend who had similar interests. Plus he had a fantastic library on scientists like John E. W. Keely, Dr. Nikola Tesla, Dr. T. Henry Moray, Perrigo, etc. when information of this type existed nowhere else. We stopped in the Salt Lake area and visited Dr. T. H. Moray. He told us he had learned to build his 50 KW free energy unit from studies with Dr. N. Tesla in 1925. He had just found a way to increase power to 100 KW. Moray told me, on a later trip, the secrets of the Moray Radiant unit which enabled me to get a free energy device working.

My studies of Tesla, Keely, and others, and their phenomenal mental abilities led me to study Yoga which promised an avenue to tune to my Higher Self and have advanced mental capabilities. Via simple concentration exercises, I learned the capability to solve problems quickly and accurately. I used this technique to take tests for science and mathematics.

Having to earn a living I worked at various Aerospace firms in the San Francisco bay area, known as Silicon Valley as understood today, and also worked elsewhere. This afforded me further education of applying my college studies and I contributed to many discoveries. This education eventually led to my being a much sought after Systems Engineer and Scientist. I could solve problems with the mind techniques I had learned from Raja Yoga. I had a consulting business for 13 years traveling to various companies solving problems.

Years ago, Peter Moscow (then USPA president) put together a team of us that went to England to study one of the few remaining Delaware Radionic Cameras. Our trip objective was to attempt a reactivation of the Delaware camera. My task was to provide a detail design layout so the camera could be reproduced. In addition, each of the team took turns trying to imprint an image on the camera’s film.

At present I have retired from the outer world and pursue my research of the higher realms of spirit. It has been and continues to be an interesting life for me and my dear wife.

Aetheric Physics: Cosmic Structure and Aether Function

Understanding what aether is and how it manifests leads to a new basis for physics. This has applications in vastly simplified industrial manufacturing, faster than light communication, and the medical arts and healing. Applying an aether basic physics to our world simplifies how we operate, how industry is simplified, and how we fix what is wrong in the world with harmonious solutions.

Our current system is based on what exists on and in the earth. As a result we operate in a limited resource based society that exhibits lack due to scarce resources and its concomitant stratified society of haves and have nots. What we use is provided by nature and what is in and on the earth. Control of the aether provides a way to manifest what we need directly from the aether. This eliminates the limited resource problem and mankind is free to pursue a self- improvement, world improvement based existence rather than scratching and eking out a living with all its attendant problems.

Matter manifests in two basic ways, by consciousness and by using shape power or pattern physics. Everything that exists has energy (aether), vibration (frequency or frequencies), and pattern. The first way, consciousness, is reserved for those who have progressed to those sublime levels of spirituality. The latter, shape power or pattern physics, to the world in general. Even to have this control of energy implies a high level of harmonious operation in society. The laws and rules that govern whether our society can handle these forces have criteria.

How the aetheric operates also provides a better view of dowsing and radionics, what they really are and how anyone can become an excellent dowser or radionic operator.

Healing energies are intimately tied onto various qualifications of aether. Free energy and gravitational physics are totally based on how the aether functions in these areas. If mankind is to have an aether based physics and society, mankind will have to grow up. You don’t give a match to children that will destroy the world.

Lauren Palmateer, Ph.D.

Lauren Palmateer is an electrical engineer and subtle energies specialist. As a teenager in the late ‘70s, Lauren Palmateer worked for Noble Laurate Arno Penzias collecting radio-astronomy data on a millimeter wave antenna at Bell Laboratories in New Jersey while an undergraduate student in electronics. This early experience, where she was shaping small antennas to grab the signals from far away stars and galactic clouds, introduced her to the curiosities of shapes and forms that transform and conduct energy. The waves from far away stars were transmuted into electrical signals in optical and electronic receivers. She later completed her PhD at Cornell University in Electrical Engineering and continued on to conduct research in alternative crystalline semiconductors for companies such as IBM Research in Yorktown Heights, New York and the Observatory of Paris in France.

Lauren worked in various fields of electronics and flat panel displays, as inventor and manufacturing scale-up engineer. At IBM Research, she was part of the team developing the first color flat panel display and engaged in manufacturing this technology in Japan in the early ‘90s. Later she migrated to Silicon Valley, California where she was part of 4 startups including the technologies of head mounted displays, rear projection TV, Medical X-ray displays, large area displays, reflective displays and telecommunications devices.

Dr. Lauren Palmateer areas of expertise include Flat Panel Displays as in the LCDs displays, e-readers and touchscreens, semiconductor and display processing, display electronic packaging, biophysics and strategic patent analysis. She is inventor on 27+ issued patents and has numerous publications in the technical journals. She specializes in patent and intellectual property analysis and vetting, equipment and process design, materials, packaging and electronic interconnect technologies and biophysics engineering applied to healthcare and product development.

While working at Qualcomm in Silicon Valley, she perfected her skill as a “patent engineer”. Lauren is a technical advisor in the field of electronics and patent analysis in support of patent assertion, licensing and litigation. She consults in these and related areas both in Europe and the US. She is both a US and French citizen. She aids companies to understand the technical innovations required in preparation for scale up activities, acquisitions, product launches, freedom to operate objectives and other startup activities and manufacturing objectives.

She carries electromagnetic meters with her in her daily journeys, assessing the environment by measuring these invisible electromagnetic waves. She enjoys pursuing the operations, understanding and wonders of electromagnetic waves and scaler waves and their interaction with the human body and hopes one day this pursuit will be more common within mainstream electronic and telecommunication companies. Until that day arrives, she focusses mainly on self-healing.

Lauren is engaged in a 10-year program of medication in the Vajrayana method at Taramandala in Colorado under the direction of Lama Tsultrim Allione. Lauren feels that energy follows attention and therefore mediation is helpful to place ideas in a mandala of creativity activating progressive, healthful and beneficial thoughts and actions.

Opening Organs of Perception – The Human Body Antenna

The human body is a wonderful antenna for receiving and transmitting many types of waves. The works of the French Radiesthésistes in the mid-nineteenth century created a large body of work demonstrating various empirical results of how to measure and cure with these waves. Much of that work has been relegated to the realm of the Radionics experts with little exposure to the current works in electromagnetism as taught globally in mainstream sciences and engineering. The empirical results of the French Radiesthésistes are expanded to analogies in our current principles in biology, chemistry and the life sciences. Shape and forms in new devices and electronics affect the functionality, such as the lotus shape producing a highly efficient light transformer and the body acting as a conduit for electromagnetic waves as in a light antenna, revealing new results tied to ancient and esoteric sciences. These results are not only curiosities but reveal new ways to analyze the datum, some leading to a better understanding of Radiesthésia properties applied to

the industrial and global mainstream sciences. With the advent of more electromagnetic waves in environment a good understanding of the human body antenna is a welcomed result for humanity.

The “Golden Grid” is a term to refer to shapes and forms that transmute electromagnetic waves as applied to the current blanketing of the earth globe in telecommunication electromagnetic waves. The fields of BioGeometry® draw on the works of Dr. Ibrahim Karim and the French Radiesthésia scientists who propose methods of using shapes and forms to transmute electromagnetic waves into life enhancing waves as well as specific shapes to aid the human health.

This work is well known in many circles of scientists and people working in many and varied fields of science. The application of this knowledge to current electronic device would be a welcome addition of knowledge and open the field of electronics to the use of otherwise foreign concepts in their knowledge and designs. As in more ancient times, buildings, churches, endeavor as well, were always verified in advance by sensitives and methods of testing that relay on the life force and the interaction of the life force with the environment. Returning to these principles and methods of scientific creations is a welcome and exciting landscape.

Eclipse Lore and the Results of Three Solar Eclipse Experiments

Are there changes in the environment during a solar eclipse? Dowsers claim their dowsing response is affected during eclipses. Moreover, gravitational anomalies have been observed during past eclipses by other scientists. The motions of certain pendulums have also been found to be perturbed by eclipses. We conducted three experiments in Monmouth, Oregon, a region of eclipse totality, during the Great American Solar Eclipse of August, 2017 in the basement of a farmhouse shielded from sunlight, other observers, and temperature changes. In one experiment we measured the weight of a capacitor made of barium titanate, a material with extraordinary properties, using a digital electronic balance. This donut-shaped object of approximately 250 grams was found to show anomalous changes in weight during the peak of the eclipse. In another experiment we assessed changes in the environmental energy using the Bio-Well Sputnik, a form of high voltage electro-photographic

camera attached to a special antenna, a small metal sphere with sharp metal spikes around it, designed to create an inhomogeneous electromagnetic field in the environment. The Sputnik antenna is responsive to impedance changes in the environment, and in turn, modulates changes in the corona discharge measured by the Bio-Well device. In the third experiment, we measured the influence of the eclipse on the free swinging Foucault pendulum. This pendulum was fitted with a light-emitting diode at the bottom of the bob, which traced a monitoring screen below it. We also recorded its movement with a video camera from above. There were complex and significant effects found in these experimental systems that we will discuss. These results are consistent with other anomalous phenomena registered during solar eclipses. In previous reports of anomalies during eclipses, investigators sought only physical explanations. However, we cannot rule out the influence of consciousness on these phenomena, because a total solar eclipse is a rare cosmic event that engenders awe, wonder, excitement and expectations that cannot be controlled or easily replicated by any other event.

Daniel Taylor, Secretary of the USPA

Daniel Taylor was elected to the USPA Board in 2015. He double‐majored in Chemistry and Biology, and double minored in Physics and Mathematics, to prepare for Ph.D. level research in Biophysics. His undergraduate research involved single molecule tethering, magnetic tweezer manipulation, and Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer (FRET) analysis. He has been engaged in full-time Radionics research since 2010. Accessing and Supplementing Morphogenetic Fields with Radionic Coding Via the Ether

By alluding to some of the key findings in the 2016 “Physics of Radionics” presentation, as well as some recent Scalar Wave experiments, we will make the case that through radionics, we are tapping a hyper-dimensional ether. We will then show that this Ether, as it is understood in radionics, bears a striking resemblance to the Morphogenetic Field, as proposed by Dr. Rupert Sheldrake in the U.K. Once we see how the Morphogenetic Field acts as a matrix to “guide” the formation of matter, we will show examples of how radionics can be used to “supplement” information in the Morphogenetic Field, that appears to have “gone wrong,” or became garbled, resulting in physical disfunction. We will start with the example published in Energetic Processes, Vol. II, (edited by Peter Moscow) for congenital blindness, utilizing the technique of radionics commands. We will then give several examples from recent work, including: scoliosis, pars interarticularis spondylolisthesis, prenatal Down syndrome marker and spina bifida, culminating in a current Parkinson’s Disease project. We will show details of the command-formulation process, as well examples of the radionics coding and codes.
