Founded in 2002 by the internationally reputed King Faisal Foundation, Alfaisal University is a fully accredited NCAAA institute of higher education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Located in the capital city of Riyadh, Alfaisal accepted its first class of students in 2008. Today Alfaisal undergraduates, who are officially enrolled in one of the University’s five colleges for business, engineering, medicine, science, and pharmacy, can choose from over 15 concentrations; take advantage of countless research opportunities; or pursue their graduate studies at Alfaisal in business, engineering, nanoscience, biomedical, and health sciences. Students at Alfaisal are diverse as they hail from every province across the Kingdom and over 40 foreign countries; faculty are equally representative in global scope. The Alfaisal community is famed for its worldwide outreach in collaborative research and publications. Alfaisal was most recently recognized by Times Higher Education Young University Rankings 2017 as one of the World’s Top 200 Institutions Under 50 Years Old and one of the World’s Top 18 for Millennials.
