Aloysius Lai is the Executive Director and Head of Technology and Operations of United Overseas Bank Limited, Hong Kong Branch. He has over 20 years of banking experience across US and European Banks prior to join UOB HK. His regional exposure covers the areas of corporate & commercial banking services, corporate communications & public affairs, fixed income currencies & commodities operations and IT project & change management.

Aloysius holds a Master of Management in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing. With his passion in staff development and adult learning, Aloysius begins his volunteer practice of coaching and leadership training since 1999. Recently, He has obtained a Master of Arts in Coaching & Mentoring Practices and become a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) in 2017.
