The Cookie VIPe website is valuable resource to Troop Cookie Managers. Not only does it have learning modules from Little Brownie Baker about all facets of the Cookie Program, the GSNEO Council section will contain copies of all forms and links referenced in this manual that are on gsneo.org. There is also a link to the VIPe website on gsneo.org
