Mulberry Park: A collection of distinctive homes in a neighborhood of individuality.
2017 Development Initiatives: MULBERRY PARKNew Neighborhood for Families and Empty Nesters
Where is the world’s greatest destination? At The Grove, we believe the world’s greatest destination is home. In particular, it is a home of comfortable, sophisticated style, custom-craftsmanship and special characteristics that speak to the individual personality of its owner.
These are the very homes we are building in our newest neighborhood, Mulberry Park. Mulberry Park is a collection of handcrafted residences that harken back to an era of Arts and Craft style bungalows, a movement that symbolized harmony with nature and superior craftsmanship. These playful, individually crafted homes will be grouped into their own intimate neighborhood nestled in a forested setting within our gates.
This unique collection of homes will be nestled in an idyllic park-like setting when taken as a whole will create a tranquil and harmonious streetscape. Adding to the interest of the Mulberry Park homes will be “layers of spice.” Each home will be accentuated with interesting layers of materials such as; hand-wrought copper and iron work, joinery by master craftsman, varied paint pallets, large windows, and expansive porches. The result will be a collection of homes with their own unique artistry and a neighborhood of endearing individuality.
What will it be like to live in Mulberry Park? Imagine your perfect childhood in simpler times. Warm sun on your face, hopscotch in the street, playing tag and staying out until dark with friends. A time when your hopes and dreams felt obtainable. A place where life was happy, genuine, honest, and unforgettable. This place and these feelings exist again. Welcome home to Mulberry Park.
