PERFORMANCE ADVANTAGES FOR

THE SHOOTERALG triggers are smoother and sharper than your traditional

stock trigger. This is accomplished by polishing the sear

surfaces smooth and hard-lubing the trigger components.

Sear geometry has not been changed from the standard

profile so the high reliability that the stock trigger is known

for is unchanged. The trigger and hammer are made from

true 8620 alloy steel military specification castings, correctly

carburized, quenched and tempered for high surface hardness.

The disconnector is made of 1070 High Carbon steel and is

properly austempered into the correct range of hardness.

The springs are corrosion resistant and meet U.S. Military

specifications. A full force hammer spring is used for positive

ignition of all types of ammunition. The trigger and hammer

pins are improved over stock mild steel by using 4140

Chrome-Moly steel that has been quenched and tempered.

The pins are centerless ground to a fine finish. The diameter is

0.001” larger than stock to reduce play in the trigger assembly

while retaining a slip fit into the weapon’s lower receiver.

Pull weight is above the U.S. Military minimum pull weight of

5.5 lbs. but does not reach near the upper limit of 9.5 lbs.

ADVANTAGES FOR THE ARMORERALG triggers are enhanced standard triggers, so maintenance

and installation procedures are unchanged. Trigger assembly

parts may be interchanged between triggers, so there are no

matched sets. As a trigger meeting the essential U.S. Military

trigger specifications for the M4 Carbine, ALG triggers can

be substituted for lower performing stock triggers while still

staying in compliance with Unit or Departmental requirements.

The ALG Defense Quality Mil-Spec Trigger is designed to provide an affordable

improvement for the AR-15 rifles. The pull of the QMS is very similar to a standard

mil-spec trigger, however the majority of the associated grittiness of the stock trigger

pull has been removed while the well known reliability of a stock trigger remains. The

pull weight is not lower than the M4/M16 minimum weight specification of 5.5 lbs.

Generally, the pull weight is around 6.5 lbs.

ADVANCED COMBAT TRIGGERACTThe ALG Defense Advanced Combat Trigger is very similar to a standard mil-spec

trigger, however, like the QMS, it is sharper and the grittiness of the stock trigger

pull has been removed while the traditional reliability of a stock trigger remains.

The ACT is Nickel Teflon and Nickel Boron processed and the polished sears have

been hard lubed to create a permanent lubricated surface for a consistently

smooth pull.

The ACT-Nano Weapon trigger features a hard lubricated trigger coating designed

by our sister company, Nano Composite Coatings, Inc (NCC). The NCC coating

is a self lubricating hard coating in the same family as Picatinny’s Durable Solid

Lubricant (DSL). The finish is lubricious and extremely corrosion resistant to improve

reliability and lessen the need for preventative maintenance. The smooth pull of the

ACT-Nano Weapon trigger will be available in the Spring of 2017.

The ALG purple hammer spring comes installed on the ACT

and ACT-Nano hammer providing an approximate pull

weight of 4.5 lbs. This spring is perfect for individuals using

their rifle for recreational purposes or target shooting. Also,

a tan hammer spring is included to provide an approximate

pull weight of 6.0 lbs. which meets the minimum pull weight

The AK Trigger line has been revamped for 2017! The new lineup provides the

shooter with more economical options as well as conventional Combloc styling.

The new AKT trigger features the traditional AK style trigger bow at the retail

cost of $42. The 2016 AKT is being renamed the AKT-Enhanced with Lightning

Bow. The 2016 AKT-Enhanced trigger’s new designation is the AKT-Ultimate

with Lightning Bow. All ALG Defense triggers are single stage and fit AK47 and

GALIL TRIGGERAGT-ULThe ALG Galil Trigger–Ultimate with Lightning Bow (AGT-UL) is a single stage trigger

based on the AKT-UL and designed for the IWI Galil Ace rifle and pistol platform. The

AGT-UL is machined from gun quality alloy steel and utilizes a Lightning Bow. The

AKT-UL features a smooth trigger that is shorter and crisper than the stock 2 stage

spaced at 90 degree intervals, like a traditional

quadrail, the ALG EMR is fully ergonomic,

maintaining a comfortable rounded shape

throughout the length of the rail. The V0, V1,

and V2 have a rounded top allowing a shooter to

easily wrap his or her thumb over the top of the

EMR as many shooters like to do with a

forward grip.

RIGIDCurrent infantry doctrine makes extensive use of

accessories that require attachment to a weapon

rail. Flashlights, visible and infrared lasers, night

vision and thermal sights all require a rigid

weapon rail so that zero is not changed when

a bipod or sling is used to support the weapon

from the rail. The ALG EMR is a rigid interface for

weapon accessories due to its precisely machined

proprietary barrel nut and secure rail interface

and clamping arrangement.

ACCESSORY RAILS EASY TO INSTALLThe V0 accessory rails are fastened to steel slide

nuts and are captured in channels configured

in the rail ID. Slide nuts are much more soldier

proof than inserts. A cross-threaded screw can easily

be repaired with the replacement of a slide nut. It takes

literally seconds to install or remove an accessory rail

without standing on your head to deal with non-captured

plate nuts.

ACCESSORY RAILS ARE SECURELY

ATTACHED The ALG EMR V0 accessory rails are designed to

securely attach to the rail with the supplied steel slide

nuts. The slide nuts take the place of individual nuts

which are difficult to tighten and maneuver inside the

rail. By screwing the accessory rail screws directly into

steel and not the aluminum rail, the attachment method

is strong and vibration resistant. Ergonomic Modular

Rails are also available with M-LOK configurations,

which allow the direct attachments of third party

accessories, taking advantage of the rock solid

M-LOK design.

RAIL ASSEMBLY IS EASY TO INSTALLEach ALG EMR comes with a precision machined, 2”

long barrel nut that is machined from aircraft grade

7075-T6 aluminum and hardcoat anodized for a durable

surface. The proprietary ALG EMR barrel nut wrench is

used to tighten the barrel nut to the upper receiver. The

ALG EMR barrel nut is required to be indexed to the gas

tube, and includes all of the necessary shim kits and

instructions to do so. Next, the rail is slid onto the barrel

nut with a fit that precisely aligns the rail to the barrel.

After indexing the rail to the receiver, six mounting

screws are tightened and the rail is secure.

RAIL IS EASY TO REMOVEJust by removing six screws the ALG EMR can be

slid off of the barrel nut for cleaning or gas system

maintenance. As quick as it is removed the ALG EMR

can be re-installed with the precise barrel nut to rail fit

maintaining sight and accessory zero.

ERGONOMIC MODULAR RAILEMR V0The EMR V0 is machined from extruded 6061-T6 aluminum and utilizes a proprietary

rock solid 2” barrel nut machined from 7075-T6 aluminum. A trick wrench will apply

the proper torque and index the barrel nut to the gas tube all at the same time. No

torque wrench is required. The EMR is also very lightweight, weighing in at 8.96 oz. for

a 10” including installation hardware. Since the EMR has no top picatinny rail, it is very

ergonomic for those who use a thumb over style grip. A co-witness rail section is included

which can be mounted anywhere along the 12 o’clock position of the rail and will allow a

front sight to be mounted and in proper alignment of the upper receiver.

The EMR V0 features two integrated anti-rotational QD slots at the base of the rail

at the 2 and 10 o’clock positions. It also includes a removable rail section which can

be mounted at the 3, 6 and 9 o’clock locations as well as the upper and lower 45°

rail. This sleek rail is machined from extruded 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum and

utilizes a proprietary rock solid 2” barrel nut machined from 7075-T6 aluminum. The

V0-E allows accessory rails to be attached at the muzzle end of the rail in the 45°

FORGED SLING SWIVELFSSThe ALG Forged QD Sling Swivel is a lightweight but heavy-duty sling swivel option.

The standard QD configuration makes it compatible with any device that accepts

QD accessories. The FSS weighs in at roughly 0.4 ounces and is about half the

weight of similar steel QD sling swivel assemblies. The FSS is forged from 7075-T6

aluminum, which is the same aluminum typically used to make upper and lower

receivers. This process allows the FSS to be very strong and can withstand pull forces

of up to 750 lbs.

ALG FLARED MAGWELLAFMThe ALG Flared Magwells (AFM) are precision machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum and designed to seamlessly fit Gen 3 and Gen 4 Glock 17, 22, 24, 31, 34 and 35 pistols without modification to the AFM or the frame itself. The Supersonic Gen 4 Magwell will accommodate Glocks without backstraps. The Supersonic Gen 4 Magwell with medium backstrap and Federal versions will accommodate Glocks which utilize medium backstraps. The AFM is finished using a type 3 hardcoat anodize process which allows the AFM to be long lasting and durable.

The AFM allows for rapid reloading of magazines by decreasing the precision required to insert the magazine into the pistol. Additionally, the AFM is designed to allow magazines to freely drop without modification to the pistol or the AFM, which is one of the most common issues found when using aftermarket magwells. The flared design also allows the AFM to act as a ledge to spread the recoil impulse into the bottom of the gripping hand, allowing the user to return more control of his or her pistol.

Note: Since the AFM is made from aircraft aluminum and hardcoat anodized it should be recognized that it will lightly scratch or scuff the pistol where it comes in contact with the plastic pistol frame.

6-SECOND MOUNTS6SMThe ALG Defense 6-Second Mount was designed when a counter-terrorism unit

approached ALG with a strict set of criteria. When entering a linear environment,

such as an airplane or bus, the team’s primary weapon was their pistol and they

were looking for a fast sighting method that was rugged and robust. Red dot

scopes mounted directly to their pistol slides were showing a high failure rate due

to extreme acceleration and deceleration of the slide. The balance of the pistols

was thrown off from the rearward scope mounting position, and the slides were

weakened from machining a pocket for the scopes into the top of the slide.

The name, 6-Second Mount, comes from a description used by one of the operators:

“The fight lasts 6 seconds... Either they’re dead or you’re dead, and aggression saves

the day.”

The ALG 6-Second Mount is available in two different models to accommodate

the Aimpoint T1 and the Trijicon RMR red dot optics. Mounting an optic to your

weapon decreases engagement time, allowing for faster and more accurate hits

on target. By separating the sight from the reciprocating slide it allows the pistol

to function properly without the added mass of the optic sight, and produces a

favorable weight distribution.

The ALG 6-Second Mount is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and designed to fit

Gen 3 and Gen 4 Glock 17, 22, 24, 31, 34 and 35.

SINGLE CHAMBER BRAKE SCBThe ALG Single Chamber Brake is machined from 4140 steel and is Black Nitride

processed for wear and corrosion resistance. The SCB is sized for 5.56mm barrels

and can be easily attached to any AR15 platform that has ½”-28 muzzle threads.

The SCB includes a peel washer so that the SCB can be properly aligned with the

barrel. The flat surface on the inside of the SCB gets positioned at 6 o’clock and the

upper compensator port will be positioned at the 12 o’clock position when attached

to the barrel. This allows the gas to expel to the sides and upwards away from the

ground, reducing dust and debris from being kicked up when shooting from the

prone position. The unique design also aids in decreasing recoil and increasing

accuracy.

SIDEWINDER 556SW556ALG Defense’s new Sidewinder muzzle brake is machined from 17-4 Stainless Steel

and fits ½”-28 threaded 5.56mm barrels. The vents are angled upward at 3 and 9

o’clock deflecting gas to the sides, away from the ground, reducing dust and debris

when firing from the prone position. The ALG Sidewinder includes a peel washer

for proper timing and concentricity during installation. The unique design reduces
