A striking example of old vine concentration in a light bodied, ultra fragrant, and super lifted wine. From pure granitic mother rock, this unirrigated, un-manipulated offering, reeks of the same bush herbs that populate the hillsides along with cherry, cranberry swing and charcoal. Natural malolactic fermentation smooths out those high tones flavours, concrete maintains floral and other aromatic components, and the organic farming/natural winemaking lets the juiciness speak for itself. Ultra small parcel, ultra old plants. Terroir!
