Toasted coconut granolaMelt 3 tbsp coconut oil with 3 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp cinnamon in a pan and heat gently. Add 300g oats, 75g desiccated coconut, 75g ground almonds and 100g seeds (pumpkin, sesame, sunflower).
