we Are CCNy!

...That CCNY has 10 Nobel Laureates?

...Colin Powell is a 1958 graduate of CCNY?

...The Digital Revolution might have been lost if Andrew Grove hadn’t graduated from CCNY in 1960?

...Polio might still be a plague if Jonas Salk didn’t graduate from CCNY in 1934?

...You wouldn’t have an umbrella on a rainy day if Chris Cimino (WNBC meteorologist) didn’t start looking towards the sky after graduating from City in 1981?

...Nobody would have ever gone through the Panama Canal if George Washington Goethals didn’t graduate from CCNY in 1877?

...the meatpacking industry might still be a jungle if muckrack-ing author Upton Sinclair didn’t graduate from City College in 1897?

...millions of High School students would have been less pre-pared for the SAT without the help of CCNY 1939 graduate Stanley Kaplan?

...the Knicks might have never won an NBA Championship with-out 1942 graduate Red Holzman?

What makes a world-class education? Start with a powerful core curriculum that opens your mind to new ideas, cultures, and histories. City College has a national reputation for exceptional programs in the sciences.
