JOIN THIS LONG STANDING TRADITION BY BECOMING A DRIVING FORCE BEHIND ONE OF THE REGION’S LEADING REINSURANCE CONFERENCES. ANZIIF is pleased to host the 2016 Reinsurance Rendezvous to be held on Tuesday 4 and Wednesday 5 October 2016 at Hyatt Hotel Canberra ACT.

This biennial event has become one of the key conferences in the insurance industry landscape, attracting close to 150 attendees, and aims to provide delegates with relevant, up-to-date and thought provoking market insights and knowledge.

2016 REINSURANCE RENDEZVOUSHeld over two days, and with a focus on knowledge and professional development, the 2016 Reinsurance Rendezvous will provide delegates with the most up-to-date and thought provoking market developments and insights.

WORKING WITH ANZIIFANZIIF organises our professional development and networking events in conjunction with key insurance industry professionals, and requires the coordination and cooperation of a large number of delegates, speakers and stakeholders.

To assist in ensuring the continued success of our events, and your organisation’s business objectives are achieved, we have developed a set of points to help you work most effectively and to implement your sponsorship.

• make sure you have read, understood and agreed to all applicable sponsorship entitlements

• ensure you have emailed your completed and signed sponsorship registration form to [email protected], along with the below versions of your logo to be used in all applicable marketing communications and event materials.

• make sure you confirm your acceptance for your company representatives to attend (where applicable) by no less than 1 month prior to the event, and confirm your attendee names by no later than 1 week prior to the event (nb: if additional tickets are required these can be bought via anziif.com/events)

• make sure all relevant materials and displays are set up no later than 30 minutes prior to the commencement time of the event

• ensure that all samples or gifts for attendees (where applicable) are delivered to the venue 24 hours prior to the event (nb: it is your responsibility to ensure delivery directly to the venue using the venue delivery docket. ANZIIF will not take any responsibility for items that are delivered late or lost.)

• ensure that you show respect at all times towards attendees, ANZIIF staff and other sponsors

• make certain that you enjoy your time during the event.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment DetailsOn receipt of the sponsorship application form, confirmation will be sent with a tax invoice for the sponsorship total.Payment may be made by:

• Cheque or money order payable to “Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance”• Electronic Funds Transfer to National Australia Bank; BSB 083-004; account number 51511 7195. To allow us to

identify your EFT payment, please enter “Sponsorship” and your company name as the statement of reference and email, fax or mail remittance advice.

Conditions• The organisers reserve the right to change the venue and duration if exceptional circumstances demand. In

the event of a change of venue and/or duration, the agreement to participate will remain in force as long as the sponsor is informed at least one month prior to the event

• The organisers reserve the right to accept or reject any application for sponsorship• Specific details and specifications regarding the artwork for logos and advertisements will be sent through in

your sponsorship pack post-approval. The pack also will contain all signage and collateral delivery information• In the event that a sponsor changes logos or branding, the organiser reserve the right to use the original logo

supplied throughout the duration of the event campaign. Substitutions to the new logos or branding will only be made at the start of a new event campaign

• Submission of sponsorship confirmation after the specified deadline may result in the sponsor not being provided with all of the listed benefits.

Cancellation• In the event of withdrawal of sponsorship, please be advised that unless that particular sponsorship is resold,

the organiser reserves the right to retain the payment received to date. Notification of your intent to cancel must be in writing and the committee reserves the right to retain deposit monies received.
