At Superior, we only use quality playground materials — whether purchasing a steel or recycled structure. Manufactured at our west Georgia manufacturing facility, our playgrounds are proudly made in the USA. Our playgrounds are built to last and will provide fun for years to come.

A. UV Ray-Blocking ShadeOur shade fabric blocks 91% – 98% of harmful UV rays, depending on the color you have chosen to accompany your play structure. Some of our fabric choices are CFM certified. See page 164 for more information.

B. Powder Coated Galvanized Steel PostsBest in the industry, our steel posts are coated with 3 mils of zinc rich primer and 3 mils of superdurable powder coat. These 6 mils protect your playground from discoloration from the sun and salt (in coastal regions).

C. Improved Post CapsIt’s more than a pretty post cap. This super-tough post cap is designed to better restrict water access to protect and extend the life of your posts.

D. Punched Steel DeckingSRP’s decks are formed from 12-gague hot-rolled steel body. The decks are then finished with a PVC textured coating for increased foot traction and support.

E. Rotationally-molded PlasticsPlastics for our slides, tubes, climbers, and such are made of 3/8" thick low density polyethylene (LDPE). Superior’s plastics are also armed with anti-static inhibitors and UV stabilization to reduce fading.

F. Stainless Steel HardwareThe hardware and fasteners we use on playgrounds are stainless steel; very limited exceptions apply. To allow for efficient installation, all hardware is packaged and labeled individually.

G. HDPE PanelsOur strong 3/4" thick, textured high density polyethylene material is used on activity panels, signs, tables, and even some climbers. The HDPE panels are UV stabilized to remain bright and colorful for years of use.

The structural components of our recycled playgrounds are made from reclaimed post-consumer plastic products such as milk jugs, other beverage containers, plastic bags, and many other everyday objects you probably have in your own home.

Our structures are reliable year after year. We have added UV additives to prevent deterioration from the sun, but also our vandal resistant lumber is designed to prevent rotting and splinters for a minimum of 15 years. Our warranty is one of the best in the recreational products industry.

We create a product that celebrates recreation! As a Superior product, we use the knowledge gained from our 25 years of manufacturing experience in every recreation space to create an environment that is built for fun, quality, and safety. Pirate Ship ST. AUGUSTINE, FLA.Get your boots ready to step onto the farm with our

recycled barn theme structure! This fun structure is located at Sheffield Regional Park in Jacksonville, Fla. and is used by children ages 5-12 years old. The farm boasts everything from swings, slides, climbers, and even a tractor structure! Scan the QR code for more pictures.

This overall design concept features two recycled “dueling” ships (second ship not pictured), which is a unique element that no other community has. Moreover, this play environment has an extensive drainage system that keeps the play area high and dry. Members of the Palencia community as well as the adjoining school, Palencia Elementary, use the playground daily.

the site free of charge, but will not be responsible for labor or the labor costs of replacement. Warranty claims must be filed within the

applicable warranty period and accompanied by a sales order or invoice number.

Stainless Steel Series Powered by Playdale Playgrounds: Playdale Playgrounds warrants its products to the original customer to

be free from structural failure due to defect in materials or workmanship during normal use and installation in accordance with the

published specifications. The warranty shall commence on the date of the invoice and terminate at the end of the period on the full

warranty statement. The warranty is valid only if the products are installed properly and in conformance of the specifications, installation

guides, Playdale Playgrounds design layout, and properly maintained in accordance with the maintenance schedule provided within the

installation instructions.

Playdale Playgrounds reserves the right to accept or reject any claim in whole or in part. Playdale Playgrounds will not accept the return

of any product without prior approval by Playdale management.

Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover: cosmetic defects, such as scratches, dents, marring, or fading; damage due to

incorrect installation, vandalism, misuse, accident, wear and tear from normal use, exposure to extreme weather; immersion in salt or

chlorine water, unauthorized repair or modification, abnormal use, lack of maintenance, or other cause not within Playdale’s control. The

warranty does not cover damages due to “Acts of God”, such as hail, flooding, lightning, tornadoes, sandstorms, earthquakes, mudslides,

and windstorms.
