This year, we celebrate thirty years of economic excellence because the Orange County Partnership has fulfilled its core mission to market the county to attract new companies and help them thrive and grow. Over the years, the Partnership has expanded its mission by championing innovative initiatives such as the Orange County IDA Shovel-Ready Program and urban revitalization efforts, all designed to stimulate growth and strengthen local business opportunities. This report documents the breadth of our attraction and expansion efforts realized with the support of our strategic partners, elected officials and business leaders. In particular, we recognize the incredible support from the County Executive, the Orange County Legislature and the Orange County Industrial Development Agency.

Because of the extraordinary working relationship between the Partnership and the County Executive, a campaign promise to create 1,000 new jobs in 1,000 days was realized. The Industrial Development Agency has reinvented the Accelerator as a magnet for manufacturing start-ups while continuing to develop pioneering incentive programs and expanding our “shovel-ready” portfolio.

Thirty years of innovation and collaboration has fueled this decades-long record of continued economic growth. We have every reason to celebrate.
