I located and recommended the purchase of this abandoned home in a great neighborhood. I created a design tailored to their needs with a master suite and an addition of a teenage suite with 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom for 3 girls. I hired trades, procured materials/FF&E and managed the project. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: Completed a to-the-studs renovation and 2 nd story addition, converting a 3-bedroom/1.5- bath house into a 4-bedroom/2-bath home totaling 2,239 sqft All New: Mechanicals/Plumbing/Electrical/Lighting Kitchen/Baths/Bedrooms/Closets/Materials Roof/Siding/Landscape Design Completed the project in 6 months within budget RESULTS: Less than a year later, the owner moved to a new state for work and sold the home for a profit of $75K – a 26% return on investment.

RESIDENTIAL PROJECT NAME: The Carrollton House
