The Operational Goals are part of the multi-year plan that provides direction for the initiatives and programs that will be implemented, monitored and assessed to support the Ignite Learning vision during the 2016/2017 school year. This plan, which continues to be refined, has been developed in consultation with our partners. By seeking ongoing input and working in partnership, we are committed to engaging all of our communities and stakeholders. • Support innovative learning, inquiry and global competencies through evidence-based instructional strategies

• Personalize and monitor learning to close gaps, create equitable outcomes, opportunities and multiple pathways for students
